The hotel and hot springs were separate, which wasn't ideal. However, the young lady at the hot springs department not only resolved the issue to the best of her ability but also proactively helped me extend my hot spring time. It was excellent. If all hotels in Hulunbuir provided this level of service, the city would truly live up to its reputation as a tourist destination.
