This stay was perfect! As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk staff smiled kindly, checked in quickly and neatly, and also introduced the surrounding attractions. The room is clean and bright, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the smart curtains and lighting design are super high-tech. The most surprising thing is that the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are all high-quality fragrance series. The breakfast is so rich that it makes people dizzy, the freshly ground coffee is rich and mellow, and Chinese hot porridge and Western bread are available. During the whole stay, whether it is the cleaning lady or the concierge boy, they are warm and polite, and they respond to every request. When I checked out, I also received a small snack souvenir made by the hotel, which is full of details! Highly recommended to everyone!

The location is in Dongsheng district, the former center of the city, a bit far from the Ordos city. Our purpose was to visit the Chinggis Khaan mausoleum, so the selection of the location was a minor mistake. It is not related to the hotel’s wonderful service. The hotel’s service and conditions were amazing other than the receptionists didn’t know English. They asked for a deposit but finally, they did know we already paid. It took some time after our long trip. Hope they will improve their experiences with online booking

The bed was very comfortable. clean. It is convenient to separate the sink and toilet. It takes about 4-5 minutes to walk from the subway entrance. It's also close to the bus station. It is about 2 subway stops away from Inner Mongolia Museum and Jiangjun Yamen. The service is average. The room card cannot be used after renewal. I have to go back to the front desk to operate it. On the last day, I asked specifically that I could check out at 2 o'clock. However, when I returned after 1 o'clock, the room card didn't work and I had to go to the front desk again. Very inconvenient.

The room is very spacious, the hot spring pool is even larger, it should be considered a better hotel in Taiqi. Special reminder: The temperature of the hot spring water is very high, you must put the water in advance to cool, don't ask me how I know, 😅😅😅

The room is not big, but the stay is very comfortable and the bath water is great! The whole is very clean, the service is good, catch up with the company team building, there is a bonfire party and a show, a lot of gorgeous fireworks, I have seen the fireworks that I didn't see during the New Year! The place to eat is not far away, the stay experience is good!

The room was nice. There was no air conditioning, so I had to open the window for ventilation. However, I slept quite comfortably. The hot spring service was disappointing. I don't know why they couldn't be more personalized. Coming from Guangdong, I experienced hot springs here, and it was really a little strange. The hot spring area didn't provide guests with slippers, clothes, towels, etc., so they had to change clothes in their rooms and then go back to their rooms to shower. The breakfast was good.
