I have been struggling whether to book a few days at the Metropark Hotel for a vacation, so I booked one day to try it out. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's environment and service. I stayed for 2 more days at night. We had a pleasant 4-day and 3-night holiday at the Metropark. Special thanks to the supervisor at the service desk, who was serious, careful, and patient in helping our group of 9 people. The room in Building 2 is not only large in size, but also has a balcony, where you can see the rain and fog in the distant mountains, which is very beautiful. It is so enjoyable to soak in the hot springs in the infinity pool on the top of the mountain at night. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and is rich.

This place is located in the village mountain where we can explore the village conveniently especially during early morning and evening where almost all people have already gone down the mountain which is quite peaceful and less crowded. Guests can also go up the mountain by cable car for free and get to the lobby by a small coach service. Hotel staff are helpful and always share useful information via WeChat. Just one advice, more various vegetables for breakfast should be added to make the meal more appealing.

Visited Wentang Town for a hot spring escape. The room was spotless, and having a private hot spring tub right in the room was fantastic. The hotel's location at the entrance of Wentang Town is very convenient for dining and shopping, yet it's surprisingly quiet. We didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on the restaurant's food. The quilt cover has stains, the room smells musty, and there are water stains on the faucet, but I can tolerate all of these.
