Guest UserThis is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^~^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless.
Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water.
And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

ZhuoerminminOur first stop in Dalian was this Holiday Inn, and it was an excellent experience. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until the early hours of the morning, but the staff member in black was incredibly attentive. Despite the late hour, they patiently helped us with check-in, explained all the facilities, and even offered to carry our luggage to the room. We were a family of three, and even though our room originally included breakfast for two, the hotel kindly added a third complimentary breakfast every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and tidy, the hotel grounds were spacious, and it was convenient to get to the beach. As an international chain, Holiday Inn consistently delivers on quality, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel lobby was bright and airy. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially the receptionist. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel has a laundry room, a gym, and complimentary drinks. They upgraded my room for free. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Transportation nearby is convenient. The receptionists were always smiling and greeting me warmly. It was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor.
The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour.
The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful.
The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

Guest UserWe booked a 2-bedroom, 1-living room room room, but it was upgraded to a 3-bedroom, 1-living room room room, which was too big for the three of us. The dining room was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sterilizer, various kitchen utensils, and dish soap. There was also a minibar with various drinks and snacks provided. The hot spring bath had a bidet toilet, a massage bed, and both an indoor and an outdoor hot spring pool, both large enough for six people. We could soak outdoors during the day and indoors at night (though there were mosquitoes outside at night). The restaurant served good food in the evening, with generous portions and good value. Upstairs were two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and shower. The facilities were comprehensive, and we had a very comfortable stay. The second day's breakfast was also plentiful. There were boiled shrimp and Arctic surf jelly – so much food we couldn't eat anymore! The steamed pickled cabbage at the end was the best; it tasted like handmade, not pre-made. There was also beef noodles and various stir-fries. We ate breakfast and weren't hungry at noon; the food was delicious. Next time I'm in Dalian, I'll definitely choose this restaurant again.

I wanted to take the elderly, children and dogs to the beach. After searching for several days, I finally found the Treasure Hot Spring Hotel that satisfied the whole family.
Location: In the Jinshi Wanxiang Street District, you can go shopping when you go out. There are food, drink and fun in the street. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Happy Coast. There are many restaurants with good taste and prices in about 10 minutes.
Facilities: You can cook by yourself, and the stove is complete. It is so beautiful to come back and soak in the indoor hot spring after playing enough. The whole house is centrally air-conditioned and the temperature is touching. Masks, body lotions, etc. are also prepared thoughtfully.
Hygiene: The layout is very warm and disinfected. It is very safe to live with children.
Environment: Lying on the bed, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, looking at the gardening in the garden, I feel free from the hustle and bustle of the city, and my body and mind are relaxed, just like giving my soul a massage. The entire park has strict security management, which is very safe and very quiet.
Service: The service is too good to say. From the initial phone communication to the warm farewell at the end of the departure, it belongs to the generosity, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the Northeast people. It was clearly arranged.
Overall, it is highly recommended!

Take a hot spring bath, visit the ancient town, and eat some steamed cakes. A one-day trip to Kazuo is not far from home and back, and the accommodation conditions are good. It is generally not expensive and suitable for family travel. Let's try it.

My stay at Tianmu Hot Spring was a wonderful experience, and I especially want to commend Manager Gao Jian at the front desk! She was not only efficient and professional in handling check-in, but also warmly introduced the hot spring's features and suggested nearby attractions. Her friendly smile throughout made me feel truly welcome. The entire check-in process was comfortable and attentive, with meticulous attention to detail, such as proactively reminding me of weather changes and helping me plan my itinerary. I could really feel her dedication. Tianmu Hot Spring's environment and service exceeded my expectations, especially with outstanding staff like Gao Jian, making the entire trip even more unforgettable. I will definitely recommend it to friends and stay here again!

Guest UserI booked a room with a yard. It's not suitable for outdoor use in spring, but it will be very good in summer. I stayed in the room and the fatigue from the two days of travel was greatly relieved.
