As I sit in this room, imbued with an undeniable oriental charm, my heart is filled not only with inexpressible emotion but also with profound awe. Walking through your property feels like stepping into a magnificent Tang Dynasty painting that has been passed down through a thousand years – truly, 'every step is a beautiful scene, every corner is a wonder'! Each pavilion, every bridge and flowing stream is breathtakingly beautiful, leaving us spellbound and enchanted. The joy and pleasure we feel within are simply beyond words. Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. The hotel ia strategic, near and easy access to all the scenic area. Food is not a problem since the shopping street is surrounding the hotel area. We have a great time staying there. The host has been very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. Laundry services is also available at the hotel and it’s convenient for us. If you are tired from walking at the scenic area, the lower ground shop-lot have lot off massage parlours where you can relax after the hectic day. The owners’ cats are so cute and super friendly and being and additional friends for us 😍

The hotel service is excellent, and any issues were promptly resolved. The butler was very responsive, making it a great experience for new guests and families with children. The hot springs were fantastic, and the service in that area was also great; my nails looked beautiful, and the spa was very relaxing. I wouldn't recommend the outdoor children's playground, though, as there was no service, and the staff's attitude was quite poor. The pet park was clean, but they charge for all children regardless of age, and adults accompanying them also need a separate ticket. The purebred cats and dogs were interesting, and the service was good; my child even got to pet a snake. Overall, my child had a wonderful time!

Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!

The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

This was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

We drove there, and the guesthouse isn't right by the road; there's an internal path leading to it. Parking was plentiful during the off-season. It's very close to the subway station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Huajing Palace is just one subway stop away, so we could quickly return after the show and relax in the hot spring. Service: The cleanliness was pretty good; a staff member came to clean the tub before we filled it. The food was also great, five meals a day with a lot of variety, and it tasted good. The staff were very friendly, and towels and bathrobes were replaced promptly. Environment: We had a family room, and the beds were big enough. The room was a bit dim, but it created a nice atmosphere. With floor heating and radiators, it was toasty and very comfortable.

The hotel location is convenient, right in the center of the county. The lobby is grand. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable, though a little firm. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the amenities were good. The night view was beautiful. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese options. We received a small gift upon checkout, which was a thoughtful touch. Great value for money, I'll definitely come again next time, highly recommended!

The environment and service were both excellent. The front desk staff and the hot spring attendants were all incredibly kind, and they even brought breakfast for my child. Before checking out, I was resting for a bit when a staff member knocked, and thinking no one was inside, swiped their card and opened the door. However, when I mentioned this at checkout, the front desk handled it very proactively, offering a generous amount of complimentary gifts. I could really feel their apology and sincerity, so I'm still giving a definite good review. Even the best hotels can make mistakes; what truly matters is how issues are addressed and resolved. Your hotel handled it very well, and I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely consider coming back again. I hope you continue to improve!

While visiting Huaqing Palace in Lintong, I chose the Begonia Royal Spa Hotel, which opened in 2025. As someone in the hotel industry, I specifically wanted to test the noise levels, a common concern for many. The entire building features triple-glazed windows, and with the air conditioning and fresh air system running and windows closed, the noise measured around 35 decibels, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. With the windows open, external noise was about 55 decibels, demonstrating the excellent soundproofing hardware. The room decor was aesthetically pleasing, and every corner was immaculately clean. The staff were very responsive to all requests. The water quality in the rooftop infinity pool was well-maintained, and relaxing in the hot springs was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including Chinese options like buns and congee, and Western choices like bread and salads. The location is superb, within walking distance to Huaqing Palace and close to the subway station. For those driving, there's an underground car park with charging stations, making travel worry-free. This is my top recommendation for a five-star hot spring hotel!
