There are many breakfast shops downstairs from the hotel, and a convenience store right next door, making breakfast very convenient. There's also a robot downstairs that can deliver items. It's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda musical fountain is clearly visible from here.

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Huashan was an excellent decision! The service was incredibly attentive. The lady at the front desk was super quick with our check-in and proactively recommended hiking routes and hot spring opening times, all with a gentle and patient demeanor. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—we couldn't hear any outside noise. The garden view from the floor-to-ceiling window was incredibly soothing, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm, and after a hike, a soak there completely relaxed my entire body. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

I had a great night here. Ladies at the reception were always helpful and thoughtful. I was even recommended a different room that was available at the same price ranger which was more quiet. Great service! The room was bit small, but cozy and big enough for one person. If you are travelling as a group of two I would probably recommend a different room. The breakfast was hearthful and delicious. Just a warning it is a bit hard to find. As a foreigner I would welcome detailed instructions or map pinpoint.

Our group had a wonderful six-night stay at the Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Before checking in, we inquired about various hotel services, and the reservation staff were incredibly patient and helpful. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered, no matter their role, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As hotel guests, we enjoyed complimentary access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area and the hot springs. We booked a room with a private hot tub, which was disinfected daily by staff and refilled with fresh water every evening – it was so relaxing to soak in after a day of sightseeing! The hotel also helped us purchase tickets for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, and our seats were excellent. A dedicated staff member guided us to our seats before the show and picked us up afterward. The outdoor hot spring experience was also fantastic; perhaps because it wasn't peak season, it wasn't crowded. Like the private tubs, there were complimentary drinks and fruits. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. If you're visiting Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Army, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Clean and hygienic, first-class service, convenient parking, in the downtown area, shopping, eating is too convenient, next time you will stay at your hotel, and introduce friends to stay at your home, all five-star praise.

Although this is my nth time in Xi'an, I have to say this family-friendly hotel exceeded my expectations by far this time around! I'm so incredibly satisfied, it's definitely worth a second and third visit. I might even have to find an excuse to revisit all the nearby attractions just to stay here again, haha! Especially the housekeeper, Wen Nuan (which means 'warmth'), who was exceptionally thoughtful and responsive, always putting guests first. She truly lived up to her name. Our family trip with parents and kids was super satisfying, and we'll definitely be back! 1. Convenient location and fresh atmosphere. 2. Excellent service and great environment. 3. Complete family-friendly facilities, both adults and kids had a blast. 4. The breakfast was abundant and served until 10:30 AM, and they never rushed or urged guests to finish quickly. This is especially great for those who like to sleep in! 5. Beyond all the warm and friendly service, the front desk was always ready to assist with any request. 120 points, perfect! 😍

Excellent location with complete surrounding amenities, convenient for commuting and leisure travel. Hygiene meets standards, with no corner overlooked, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Facilities are complete and easy to use, meeting all daily needs. Service is efficient and attentive, with timely and prompt responses. Excellent value for money, an overall superb experience, definitely worth choosing! The room was clean and tidy, a fantastic stay, highly recommended!!

The hotel is directly opposite the Huaqing Palace, and they can help you book tickets, making it super convenient to walk over. It would be especially handy if you're planning to see a show in the evening! Plus, there's a subway station nearby, so transportation is a breeze. The hotel service was excellent; they even helped us with a late check-out. Breakfast was quite good too, and the kids really enjoyed it. A unique feature is the hot spring, which they say is fed by water from Huaqing Palace – it's really relaxing to soak in.

I stayed in a great hotel in Yuanjia Village. The location is amazing, right in the center of Yuanjia Village. There is a snack street right outside the door, so you can have fun shopping and eating along the way. The backyard of the hotel is an antique courtyard garden and century-old buildings, full of historical charm. I was able to experience Hanfu when I checked in, which fulfilled my dream of wearing ancient costumes. They also thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits. The staff are friendly and polite, and the room is clean and tidy. It must be recommended with five stars. I will stay here again next time I come to Yuanjia Village!

I used to visit frequently last year, but I noticed the prices went up this winter (･᷄ὢ･᷅ ). However, the room service and dining are still as excellent as ever. The breakfast, especially the freshly ground coffee and ice bucket, is a huge plus. It's about an hour's drive from Xi'an, all on the highway. The parking lot is huge and free. We arrived after work on Friday evening, and the hot spring on B1 wasn't too crowded. After booking, the front desk called specifically to ask about our estimated arrival time and if we had children. They thoughtfully provided children's pajamas and toiletries in advance and even turned on the AC, so the room was wonderfully warm when we entered. The only regret is that many facilities on B1 are currently undergoing renovation and upgrades, so I'm looking forward to visiting again.
