Hot Springs Hotels in Shaanxi, China

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can walk to the Grand Tang Everbright City, perfect for taking the kids to see the light show and browse creative shops in the evening without having to rush around. It's also super convenient to visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda at the Da Ci'en Temple, really soaking in the essence of this ancient capital. A taxi ride to the Bell Tower only takes about ten minutes, saving so much time and effort when traveling with children. I honestly can't find any faults, whether it's the service, cleanliness, or location. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'm definitely staying at the Shuyu Hotel again!

Facilities: Well-equipped, with high-quality bedding and amenities. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Directly opposite the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' square, just a crosswalk away. The B&B is on the top floor of a building that also houses a BBQ restaurant, Haidilao Hot Pot, and a mall. Downstairs, there are also food stalls. For parking, just follow the Haidilao signs; guests share an elevator with Haidilao and even get a discount there. From the top floor, you can see the lights of 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance in the distance. Service: The owner runs the B&B personally, so any requests can be communicated face-to-face. This place is like a five-star hotel disguised as a B&B – it has the high standards of a hotel combined with the laid-back charm of a guesthouse. When we arrived, an adorable, welcoming cat happily weaved between our legs and even sneaked into our room, begging for pets, which our child absolutely loved. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' the owner bought a watermelon and brought us a slice, which was wonderfully refreshing. Knowing we wanted to visit the Terracotta Warriors the next day, the owner also recommended a tour guide. Owner, please convey our gratitude to Guide Ren again on behalf of our family.

I booked a package deal for nearly 2000 per night. The hotel is located within the Huaqing Palace scenic area. Overall, I was very satisfied with my trip. Everything was excellent, except for the slightly dim lighting in the room. The hotel's service, in particular, was outstanding – from helping with luggage upon arrival to assisting with questions, whether through staff or managers, and even the restaurant service – it all made for a very comfortable experience. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're visiting Huaqing Palace. If I return, I'll definitely stay here again, hoping the service quality remains as good as this time. The package included handicrafts, the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, a photoshoot, and unlimited access to Huaqing Palace, all of which were great. It's a pity I didn't get a chance to use the hot springs. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh ingredients, and everything was presented cleanly and neatly. Huaqing Palace itself is lovely, with beautiful scenery, and well worth a visit. The 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance at night in the scenic area is definitely worth it!

We booked a twin room with mountain view. The view from the window was beautiful and the room was large. After a full day of playing in Huashan, it was really comfortable to return to the hotel and soak in the hot springs. The service staff in the hot spring area are very attentive. They served chrysanthemum tea and introduced the characteristics of each hot spring. Five stars.

As a detail-oriented person, I was specifically drawn to the promotional photos showcasing lush greenery and fresh flowers in every corner of the rooms. However, to my disappointment, there wasn't a single plant or flower to be seen upon check-in. Parking was also a bit inconvenient; although spaces are available, they seem to be shared with 'Yan Chang'an' (a nearby venue/restaurant), making them very limited and often full. On the positive side, they offered complimentary welcome fruit and coffee. The staff were very warm and friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent. There's a lively morning market right across the street, offering plenty of local snacks. I hope the hotel can be more truthful and accurate in its promotions, showing what guests will actually find. The ground floor was a bit chaotic; it was hard to tell if it was a hotel, a restaurant, or something else. I only located the front desk by spotting a large Labubu figure to my left.

The room is spacious and clean, with a private balcony. It is very pleasant to bask in the sun outside. After soaking in the hot springs in the evening, I went to the steam room and felt that my fatigue was swept away. After checking in, the beautiful lady at the front desk, Sadaketi Saderjiang, was very considerate and responded to any needs immediately. Good comments.

This hotel is clean and tidy, with a quiet and comfortable environment, and the decor has the characteristics of a hot spring hotel. Taking a bath is very relaxing. The tatami-style rooms are also a great experience. However, the room we stayed in had a slight design flaw: the electrical outlets were blocked by the bed, requiring us to climb up to reach them, which was inconvenient.

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

There are two swimming pools, plus numerous small hot spring soaking pools, which were a real treat!♨️ Staff: The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming; every single person proactively greeted us and made us feel valued. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was truly impeccable. Even I, with my very high standards, was thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied. Ambiance: The environment is serene, secluded, and offers excellent privacy. Our private hot spring room was fantastic, featuring both a dry sauna and a wet steam sauna – a truly nice touch!🧖‍♀️ There were also both indoor and outdoor showers. The outdoor private hot spring pool was absolutely phenomenal! Service: Our butler provided incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive service. Any questions or needs regarding our children's water activities during our stay were handled promptly and efficiently. We also received complimentary coffee and welcome fruits, which was a lovely gesture. Their hospitality was truly outstanding; for instance, when we went out to watch the ”Song of Everlasting Sorrow” performance, they even helped us dispose of our takeout trash! Every single detail was meticulously taken care of, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely be returning! We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place for family trips.

The room environment is tidy and the transportation is convenient. It is right next to the subway entrance and is convenient for travel. Disposable face towels and toilet seats are also provided. Special praise to the store manager, who patiently and meticulously answered many of our questions one by one, solving our worries, and to the gentle and lovely little girl at the front desk, I give you a big 👍🏻
