Hot Springs Hotels in Shaanxi, China

The hotel service was incredibly warm and attentive. Knowing it was my child's birthday, they thoughtfully decorated the room and even prepared a large cake! The fruits in the room and the beverages in the mini-bar were top-notch. The large soaking tub in the room was amazing—the water felt so relaxing, and sure enough, our skin felt silky smooth afterwards! Not only did they provide a private car to take us to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance and dining, but the breakfast at the restaurant was also exceptionally delicious. From the taste to the presentation, everything was first-class, and you could truly feel the genuine care and dedication put into everything they do. I just casually mentioned that the apples in the lobby smelled amazing, and when we got into the car, the butler handed us a bag of them as a send-off. My child was planning to buy a doll at Huaqing Palace, and the receptionist at the front desk happened to notice, proactively asked about it, and actually gave her one as a gift! We only stayed for one night due to limited time, but we received so much kindness and care—we are truly grateful! It was such a blessing to wrap up our holiday here. The hotel's location is superb, with a subway station right downstairs. It's just a 5-minute walk to ”The Song of Everlasting Sorrow” and Huaqing Palace. The entire building where the hotel is located is full of restaurants, which is incredibly convenient. The owner saw I was traveling with a child and upgraded us for free from a 1.5-meter bed to a 1.8-meter king bed, fearing the original might not be big enough. The room was also much larger. The owner is truly so kind and thoughtful! ❤️❤️❤️ The afternoon tea was fantastic, and they even provided breakfast in the morning. It really felt like coming home! We were so lucky to find such a wonderful guesthouse and such a great owner. I wish the hotel fully booked every day, thriving business, and endless prosperity!

This hotel is our top choice for family vacations with kids; I highly recommend booking a room in the Imperial Tower! The Imperial Tower's elevator goes directly to the hot springs and swimming pool, so you don't have to walk far. It's super convenient for kids to enjoy the hot springs and swimming, saving you the hassle of walking back and forth, and it's very kid-friendly. The hotel has a traditional Chinese garden setting, which is quiet and comfortable, and the room hygiene is well-maintained. The location is excellent; it's right next to an outlet mall, so you can easily go shopping in your free time. Transportation is also convenient, making it perfect for a short trip from Xi'an. The buffet dinner tastes good and offers a wide variety, so both adults and children can find something they love. The only downside is that the menu updates are infrequent; if you stay multiple times, the dishes feel similar, lacking a sense of novelty. Overall, it's very suitable for short family getaways around Xi'an. With hot springs, swimming, and outlet shopping all in one place, it's an effortless way to entertain the kids.

Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!

The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

The environment is quiet and elegant, and the dining hall is clean. The private courtyard with the hot spring is very comfortable. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is located right at the entrance of Huaqingchi Metro Station, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it extremely convenient. Right across the street is the Huaqingchi scenic area, where the ”Song of Everlasting Regret” performance takes place. From the balcony of my room, I could see the entire mountain illuminated at night—it was simply wonderful. The bathtub on the balcony was very clean, thoughtfully designed with a grab bar to prevent slipping. The service staff were exceptionally wonderful! They added me on WeChat in advance to confirm my check-in time, and provided complimentary fruits, snacks, pastries, drinks, cakes, and even helped blow up balloons to decorate the room. They also helped fill the bathtub with water and checked in on us warmly and enthusiastically. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The bed is huge, and the bedding was clean and very comfortable. A truly satisfying stay! If you want to soak in hot springs in Lintong, this place is much better than Yuechun! It's newer, in a better location, and offers superior service. Most importantly, they genuinely use authentic hot spring water; after soaking, your skin feels silky smooth, comfortably warm without feeling drying. Extremely satisfied!

This was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

I stayed one night each at Duangwu Fengqingyuan and Radisson, and overall, Radisson's service was superior. Upon check-in, the front desk offered welcome snacks and fruit, and the folk activities in the lobby were fantastic. It was a holiday, so the hotel was busy, but they promptly brought in interns to help, handling the large number of guests perfectly. Every hostess in the hot spring area was friendly and patiently explained and introduced the facilities. Although the children's playground isn't as big as Fengqingyuan's, it was still plenty for the kids. There are many outdoor hot spring pools, and the private hot spring rooms were absolutely amazing. On the morning of our departure, my child had acute gastroenteritis, and the restaurant staff helped us pack breakfast, and the hotel readily granted a late checkout. I will definitely come back again, highly recommended!

The entire hotel is smoke-free, clean, and odorless. We booked a twin room with breakfast. It cost nearly 600 per night. Breakfast is only for two adults; children are charged extra. You also can't bring any outside food back to the room. The hotel TV is really annoying and practically unusable, with no channels working. There's no washing machine. You have to walk to the Huashan Tourist Center yourself. The hotel shuttle only goes to the hot springs; there's no shuttle service to the tourist center if you're not going to the hot springs. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to Mount Hua that day as it was temporarily closed. You can see Mount Hua from the hotel. The children's carousel and other amusement facilities on the first floor all require an additional fee. The breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese, and the taste is decent. There aren't many dining options near the hotel, so you'll need to take a taxi to the city center to eat.
