We booked for 2nights in April and it came with breakfast, first run of minibar, Single Tang Dynasty themed travel photography & Imperial Hot Spring Twelve Hours Experience. As our room has its own hot bath that fills up every night at 7.30pm to 12.30am, we did not go to the Imperial hot spring which is at located in another building. Hotel: It is located in the Hua Qing Palace scenic area and for hotel guests, you can enter and exit the scenic area freely. In the scenic area, there are other eateries like KFC and coffee joints but they operate only during scenic area opening hours. The Hua Qing Palace consists of many cultural sites like Tang Dynasty Imperial Hot Spring Relics Museum, Xi’an Incident site, Five Rooms Hall, Jiulonghu Lake and Furonghu Lake scenic spot, Tang Dynasty Pear Garden Relics Museum and many landmark buildings, such as Feishuang Hall Wanshou Hall, Longevity Hall, Huan Garden and Emperor Yu Palace. Service: The staff in the hotel are helpful to assist and answers all my questions in a clear manner. They came with buggy as soon as I dial for them and also assisted us to purchase the tickets for the show. Photography: I enjoyed the Tang Dynasty themed travel photography and I find that both make-up artist (Ms Dian Dian) and photographer (Mr Wang Jie) are very professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This photography is conducted by a third-party vendor that is stationed in the hotel. We went to the Hua Qing Palace for the photography. It is a convenient location to take photo with beautiful backgrounds. A day after the photo taking, we went online to choose the photos that I wanted to keep. Customer Service Ms Liang Yanping conducted a live session via a link in wechat, somewhat similar to zoom meeting to showcase all the photos that were taken. The complimentary digital photos given by the hotel are for 3 high quality digital photos and if one wants more than 3 pictures, there will be an extra charge for the purchase. Food: The restaurant is located in another building which is about 8minute walk away. Alternatively, we can call the buggy to send us there and back. The food is really yummy and I must say the Chang-an Roasted Whole Chicken is a must try. Also.... the desserts are so good too. With a love for sweet food, I tried the almond lotus paste and also the lychee and redberry cold dessert. They are both gooooood... Show: At night, there is a large-scale live-action historical dance drama “The Song of Everlasting Sorrow” that is created by Shaanxi Tourism Group Company. The theme of this dance drama is the love story between Emperor Xuanzong and Consort Yang. This is a must see as the performance is top notch. Separate tickets must be purchased for the show. Summary: For those who want to be in a historical site that offers a hot spa right in your bedroom, this is an ideal place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who are visiting Xi-an and to use this as a last stop in Xi-an before heading to your next destination.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The hot springs are top-notch, and it's right next to my old workplace, offering incredible mountain views. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive, and they even arranged a special restaurant for our group. I'm definitely bringing friends back to experience it again soon!

The hotel is on the rooftop of a building that has mainly food stalls. It was a bit tricky to get in, but once you find the elevator its easy. Else use the escalator two times and you‘re directly there. Behind the hotel is a hairdresser(for your orientation in case you don‘t see the little building immediately) The view is really nice! Inside you‘re greeted by not only one but three kitties.  The host was welcoming and stored my luggage because it was not check in time yet. I went to see the terracotta army. I recieved my passcode via Wechat and when i got into my room, my bag was already inside. I enjoyed the night view and there is a play you can listen to from afar. The afternoon tea and breakfast was nice. It wasn‘t like a gourmet experience, but tasted simple and made me appreciate the little things in life. The place is nicely decorated. I had the room with the sky view. The bed was soft. I almost went for the tatami room, but I realized the bed wouldn‘t be soft. So if you book think about what kind of experience you want. I think this place has 4 double bed rooms (2 soft bed, 2 tatami) and a family room.  Overall I definitely recommend this place. It‘s just so lovely pet and play with the cats. Luckily all of them love getting pet. Orange is just a little more shy, but is willing to with patience.  The reason I chose this is because it‘s close to the terracotta army. And I specifically chose this because Iike the interior. I always have a hard time picking hotels because I want it looking nice from the inside. I didn‘t with this one and it was worth it!

I highly recommend this hotel; the front desk staff and everyone else provided excellent service. Especially the night shift front desk team – I saw how hard they were working, so I gave them two bottles of drinks. There was a small detail when I checked in that I really appreciated: they put my ID in a plastic sleeve. That shows great attention to detail. The room's cleanliness was also quite good, and the internet connection was excellent. I hope the hotel continues to improve, and I hope I have a great time in Xi'an.

This time we stayed at Angsana Lintong for my baby's birthday. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful; they decorated the room and even prepared a birthday cake for the baby. Our whole family was so happy, they really are very considerate. A special thank you to our butler Wen Nuan. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered throughout the hotel greeted us warmly, which is something many hotels struggle with. Although the hotel has been around for many years, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and all facilities are very well-maintained. For the price, it truly offers excellent value for money. It's definitely Xi'an people's 'secret garden' for a reason!

I stayed in a great hotel in Yuanjia Village. The location is amazing, right in the center of Yuanjia Village. There is a snack street right outside the door, so you can have fun shopping and eating along the way. The backyard of the hotel is an antique courtyard garden and century-old buildings, full of historical charm. I was able to experience Hanfu when I checked in, which fulfilled my dream of wearing ancient costumes. They also thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits. The staff are friendly and polite, and the room is clean and tidy. It must be recommended with five stars. I will stay here again next time I come to Yuanjia Village!

The room is spacious and clean, with a private balcony. It is very pleasant to bask in the sun outside. After soaking in the hot springs in the evening, I went to the steam room and felt that my fatigue was swept away. After checking in, the beautiful lady at the front desk, Sadaketi Saderjiang, was very considerate and responded to any needs immediately. Good comments.

This time I brought my wife and child to Xi'an, and our last stop was Lintong. After a long search online, I booked the Haitang Yuya, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Huaqing Palace. It was so convenient to walk over to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' (Changhen Ge) in the evening. After the show, we didn't have to fight for a taxi; we just strolled back to our room. The entire hotel is designed in a traditional Chinese Tang-style courtyard, with a very serene environment and excellent greenery. Walking around felt very much like being on a vacation. I have to commend the service. The staff were very attentive. Seeing that we had a child, they proactively provided extra kids' slippers and toiletries, and always greeted us warmly whenever we met them. The breakfast was decent; not a huge variety, but good enough, and the freshly made noodles were quite tasty. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, perfect for families with kids or just for a relaxing weekend getaway. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Lintong.

GGuest UserKirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious, fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

EExpatBirthday in BaoJi: The Swisstouches Hot Spring Hotel property is nice and involves a Master Plan for “In Tang Dream Town” development. I enjoyed my room spa enough, but there are bath houses, steam rooms, and a spa. I chose to eat dinner in my room and kept to room service for breakfast. The sleeping is comfortable and the walk with photos. There is a book room, cafe, and some restaurants. I saw a Lego store, but not a gift shop. Multitude of tea houses. Stayed just one night. An hour from xX’an by train plus 30 minutes to drive. The car ride is 90 minutes from west Xi’an. Lots of families here and property investors. Decor is lovely, there’s shuttle service, and walking areas. Note: Construction in area. Culture block down the street open at night. Service and remedy attentive. Thank you.

GGanenhuanThis was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

MM641655****An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet. Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.

GGuest UserAt check-in, they were welcoming & found an English speaking staff member who escorted us to our room, which was super spacious & clean. The hot springs are across the driveway, but there was a shuttle car available if necessary. The breakfast had tons of options & they even indulged my requests (delivered via a translation app) for “a knife to spread butter” & “eggs with soft yolks”. We arrived there via subway & walking. From the subway, with our luggage in tow, was 15 minutes or less. Right around the subway station are other food & store options. Without bags & at a leisurely walk, it was about 15 minutes to Huaqing palace.
