Given Xi'an's already reasonable prices, this B&B right across from Huaqing Pool offers incredible value for money! The location is absolutely amazing. It's a 5-minute walk to the Huaqing Palace scenic area, and you're right there as soon as you exit A at Huaqingchi Metro Station. In the evenings, it's just an 8-minute walk to Xidajie (West Street) to explore the night market, which is packed with super lively food stalls. The room's mattress is a King Koil, and the pillows are the same memory foam ones used at Atour Hotels – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The rooftop skylight design adds a fantastic ambiance. The biggest surprise was the terrace. It faces directly onto the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance venue, so you don't need to buy tickets or brave the crowds; you can enjoy the entire show right from the terrace. The view is superb, though the sound is a little distant. The stay also includes afternoon tea and a ceremonial breakfast. The breakfast features local specialties, with a wide variety, and is served until 12 PM – perfect for late risers! Enjoying tea by the fire pit on the terrace is incredibly relaxing, and the snacks are delicious too. The owner has three cats, making it pet-friendly. The location, service, and attention to detail are all impeccable. If you want to explore Huaqing Palace and see the show without dealing with crowds, this is the perfect choice!

My stay this time was excellent. The hotel butler was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, treating guests with exceptional politeness, and answering questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel grounds and courtyard boast beautiful scenery, nestled by the mountains with a comfortable environment and fresh air – truly an ideal choice for a short getaway. The amenities are solid, with a shuttle bus service and direct subway access. All the staff members were enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel also features hot springs, a swimming pool, and various parent-child facilities, catering to different travel needs. My only minor suggestion would be for the Chinese restaurant's dishes to be improved. I recommend optimizing the specialty dishes and Cantonese flavors to further enhance the food quality. Showcasing the highlights of Cantonese cuisine would make it even more perfect. Overall, the comprehensive experience was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. I genuinely think it's fantastic and will bring my children next time! 🥰

I absolutely have to rave about this hotel! We were driving back home and passed through Xi'an. We had stayed at Shuyu back in 2024 when we visited Xi'an, and it was so convenient, close to all the attractions. We were really happy with it then, so we chose it again this time. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a suite during check-in. The natural light and views from the suite were absolutely amazing, and it was spotlessly clean. The amenities were also very complete. I have to specifically mention how comfortable the bed was; for us on a road trip, a good night's sleep is the best way to relieve travel fatigue. We'd been on the road for over ten days, and coming to Xi'an this time felt like coming home. The front desk staff were so gentle and thoughtful, making our entire stay very pleasant. The value for money is just incredible. I highly recommend everyone to experience it!

The room was very comfortable, and it was super convenient for visiting nearby attractions. It's a short 7-8 minute walk from the subway station and also very close to the Shaanxi History Museum, just two bus stops away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The entire room was smart, with everything controlled by Xiaodu, which I loved – it was so convenient! Having a robot deliver items was incredibly handy. The front desk service was excellent, always accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! Beyond the facilities and ambiance, what truly touched me was the warmth of the people. The service team was incredibly responsive to every request. I was worried about mosquitoes, and the staff patiently brought mosquito repellents multiple times. The biggest surprise was being showered with treats from morning till night: snacks and drinks in the lobby during the day, and Tremella soup before bed. Breakfast was not only abundant but also delicious. A special shout-out to the hotel's photography service; it was a fantastic experience with a high success rate for great photos, and the photographer was excellent at directing. The hotel's souvenir gifts are also incredibly chic—I loved them! The service strikes a perfect balance, being warm yet unobtrusive. This is, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in recently.

This is my third time visiting Mount Hua, and I chose this hotel again—the experience was excellent, as always! The 24-hour front desk service is very reliable; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even offer late check-out, which is really thoughtful. The room design is simple yet elegant, and the bespoke bedding is incredibly soft, allowing even light sleepers to get a peaceful night's rest. You get fantastic views of Mount Hua directly from the window. The hot spring is a natural geothermal mineral spring, and soaking in it is incredibly relaxing and relieving. Overall, the service and facilities are top-notch. It's definitely my first choice for a Mount Hua getaway!

The hotel is about 1 km from Taibai Mountain Scenic Area, and the surrounding environment is excellent. It's a newly opened hotel, and the concierge and butler services at the entrance are fantastic, with impeccable service attitudes. Check-in was very quick. As it's a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new, but some areas are still under construction. To get to the outdoor hot springs from the indoor area on the first floor, you have to walk through a construction zone, which wasn't a great experience. The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the soundproofing is quite good. There are many outdoor hot spring pools, which were enjoyable, and plenty of indoor entertainment facilities like arcade games and billiards, which were a hit. Since we had children with us, the hotel even gave us some free game tokens. Breakfast is served on the first floor until 10 AM, and there's a good variety of options, all tasting pretty good. Overall, the experience was great. I hope the hotel can complete its infrastructure soon, and it would be best not to do construction during busy weekend periods. Also, using hoardings to block off the construction areas would be more aesthetically pleasing.

I came to Xi'an Huaqing Pool and chose this newly opened hotel. When I entered the lobby, I felt bright. The overall shape design was very stylish, the front desk service was very good, the room facilities were very advanced, the bedding environment was very clean, and I also dispelled my concerns about the smell of the newly renovated hotel. There is no taste at all, which is too friendly for me, a person who is more sensitive to smell! The breakfast is also very rich, the variety is many, the taste is suitable, it is delicious! There are also some specialties in Xi'an! It's great! The choice of this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Bring your family back to this hotel next time!

This stay was a very good experience. I traveled all year round and stayed in the hotel almost every day. There are different prices and different services. The service enjoyed at such a price in a big city like Xi'an is great value. I asked in advance if there are parking spaces. After arriving, Mr. Zhang at the front desk guided me to park the car and the experience was good. Although the room was not big after check-in, it was very warm, the bedding was very comfortable, and the small snacks were placed in the room. It is worth mentioning that the cleaning and care of three clothes is very good for people like me who are away all year round. After checking out the next day, the store also sent a small gift. There are fans and dolls to choose from. Although the gift is not necessarily precious, it is enough to prove the store's intentions. I picked up the car and set off for Mr. Zhang's guidance and sent blessings. Thank you for your warm service. The only suggestion that can be made is that although it is a good idea to not go upstairs for takeaways, the store can implement the function of taking out upstairs through robots. This will be more convenient to stay.
