Very warm welcome at the reception. Very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. Mrs. Reah and I couldn’t remember other ladies but very professional. Free parking, wi-fi. Very close to city Abu Dhabi. Worth the money you are going to spend. Very clean. Applauses for HK team as well .

1. Poor customer service. Been staying here for a week and Im always putting on the "PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM" sign at the door but no one is cleaning it. I saw the kabayan lady cleaner and told her to please clean my room and she said I will check if it's your schedule and I told her that it's been a week and no one cleaned my room yet but she couldnt give me an answer why. 2. The receptionists dont even smile or greet you except for the pretty blonde lady, the only one who knows how to greet and smile. The others pretend not to see you. 3. Rooms are old and dark.
