The second time I went, it was so beautiful. There is a paradise next to the hotel, and there are various passages to go there. The hotel itself is fun, an all-inclusive hotel with lots of restaurants. The only downside is that the location is a bit windy and the hotel has a good location for snorkeling, but it depends on luck. The facilities are very good, and it is basically 200 pesos a person from the airport.

I liked the live animals that were on the property. The river to get back and forth from the resort to the park(s), i liked the entertainment they provided. Most of it. There was one show that i was not too pleased seeing. They implemented whips and it was just a trigger for me and my family. The food was decent. The drinks were good. It’s all inclusive. So they were very standard for the resort it was. The rooms were okay. The bedroom area could be updated. The bathroom was decent but could also be updated as well. The service was somewhat slow. But they were always very kind. To get towels was a hassle. They did make sure to clean our room up, though, and make our area nice and tidy for when we returned back to our room.

Needs cleaning of sand from steps and walkways, trash in bushes and under pool bridges. Need a wash station by beach with concrete, hard to wash feet off then have to walk in sand again. Limited pool loungers for how big it is, hotel has 765 rooms x3 persons = 2295 guest and only around 1500 loungers. Very friendly staff. Easy checkin and checkout. Great place for the money!!

Staff were kind and friendly always helpful! We stayed in building 21 Siri at the desk was always so lovely and helpful!
Absolutely beautiful resort with delicious food.
Amazing beach!
I would recommend this resort to anyone and will definitely be back in the future

Wonderful resort! Beautiful jungle-like property with lots of wildlife and amazing views. The resort is very big and you never feel like any pool or beach or restaurant is over-crowded. We were able to find a pool or beach chair every day no matter what time we went. The food is decent but not excellent. You definitely won’t go hungry as the buffet has lots of food and sometiing seems to be open at all hours.. you can even get pizza at 3am! Staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was simple but nice. We loved the monkeys that came right up to the balcony!

The food was very good at ala Carte. We had Italian. Steak house , and oriental. They were all good. The grounds are beautiful. A lot of animals around and the ruins. Room was good not fabulous. But the mini bar in room was always stocked.

Terrible from start to finish.
Rude & rushed service at check in. Clogged up shower drain, unfriendly service at the coffee shop & mini market, our room got flooded with water from the next room & no change of room or upgrade just a plate of chocolate covered strawberrys. When you make a reservation for specialty restaurant theres a catch that they try and sign you up for a hotel program that requires a deposit they dont mention first thing. so many things i can go on about. If you can find something i highly encourage it.
