"It's a very neat and clean 2-storey house with a design that makes us feel at home immediately. After a full day activities outside, we could just find total rest in this temporary home. Shops and restaurants are just a short distance away. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We shall come back again one day :)"

"This time I booked an 8-bed room for 5 days. The location is very close to the coach station. It is very suitable for people without a car. The room is not always full. The staff is very warm and friendly. Even if I booked a mixed room, I learned that I have room. A female companion will try to arrange an all-female dormitory for us! Moreover, the cheap price package also provides simple breakfast, which is a surprise! Although the hygienic environment may not be very good for picky people, this backpacker hostel is very pleasant. The toilets and bathrooms are very clean, and the common area is also regularly cleaned. It is much better than most affordable backpacker hostels!"

"The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know.
There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants.
While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying.
Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby.
WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities.
When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple.
In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed."

"Recommend this place. It has everything you need for a holiday. Kitchen well equipped, toilets big and modern. Spacious living/dining room as well as spacious bedroom. Easy free parking too, right in front of your unit. Location convenient for sightseeing, near to everywhere. Very clean too. All good. No complaints."

XXiayinianThe BIG4 on the Great Ocean Road left me with a good impression. I chose this place without much hesitation. This restaurant is quite popular. This restaurant is not in the city center, but next to a beach. If you come late, you can eat in the city. There are no restaurants nearby. But the breakfast shop nearby is really good, and the scenery is charming. I feel that life is so comfortable. The room is tidy and clean, but the windows are locked and cannot be opened. The refrigerator is too noisy, so I have to turn off the power at night. The distance to the two major attractions is also good. It is a very good hotel.

RRAAAYarrived after reception was closed but not an issue, you’ll be able to collect your keys at the door step. location is great- short drive away from the centre; a nice short walk to the beach and ellen cove boardwalk for a stroll

晃晃晃兮At night, the boss thoughtfully left the envelope at the door. The room was ready for us. The keys were in the living room.
Very spacious room with drying washing machine and simple cooker, we can hot food for dinner.
The next morning, without a reservation, we also had breakfast. At the same time, be considerate of our late arrival and let us check out until 11 o'clock. Check in here at 2 o'clock and check out at 10 o'clock.
I really like the small platform in front of the restaurant, I also like the clean and tidy yard, and the beautiful owner.

GGuest UserThe SureStay Hotel at Albany suited our needs perfectly. We only booked a couple of days before our arrival as Albany was a last-minute addition to our WA trip waiting to see what the weather was like before venturing out of Perth. The only thing was the tv was too big for the split-level bench it sat on and it sloped from one level to the other. Praise God for the Gideons Bible as the Word of God proved an excellent leveller for the crooked TV. The hotel was in a great position, close to the centre of town and the surrounding attractions.

GGuest UserAMAZING LITTLE GEM THAT’S BUDGET FRIENDLY!!
Breakfast was also so good - they did a presaving on breakfast ($20 if you book in advance for a hot meal and drink) which was amazing value and really really fresh and delicious.
Accomodation was excellent. Bed was super comfy and we chose the non-refurbished room which was all we needed and was still really nice.
We didn’t hear any street noise at all. Plenty of parking.
Loved the swipe card access too (rather than a physical key).
I would definitely come back here!
