"Very friendly hotel. Clean and tidy. Every staff member greeted and answered questions with a smile. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The breakfast was very good, more exquisite than other chain hotels. The snacks were delicious.
This is the only hotel room that provides mineral water among the 10 hotels I stayed in."

"The room is very comfortable, the big bathtub can be bathed, the room has fruit, and you can ask the front desk for milk. The breakfast is very rich and the mushrooms inside are especially delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the bus stops 555, 599 and Ambleside. From the windermere train station, you can easily reach by bus. The hotel is a bit far from the town centre of Windermere, but it can also be reached on foot. The hotel is a sister hotel with the low wood bay. Guests with waterhead can go to the low wood bay for sports facilities, see the hotel's instructions. It is worth mentioning that we originally stayed for three nights, but only booked for two nights of accommodation, for the convenience of the luggage at the front desk for one night, the next morning to come."

It is large in size, warmly decorated, and has a nice balcony. The location is good, the door is the green area by the lake, and it is also very close to the town center. This is basically a family hotel operated by an Indian, not a chain hotel, and it really stepped on the pit. Our family of three, a child, said that the room was small and could not be accommodated. We temporarily charged 1,200 RMB for two nights, but we said that there was no room. We changed the room for the second night. Why do we have to charge two nights? There is no such problem in other hotel chains. Small family hotels will have this kind of thing, Trip.com should not be listed as such hotels. Compared with the price, if you can book a chain hotel, you can book a chain hotel. The facilities are also very general, that is, the mountain cabin, small and trendy. In terms of location, it is very close to the Windermere Railway Station in a straight line, but this is a barrier. In fact, you can't get through, you have to have enough time for the ferry, and you have to reverse the bus, and the traffic is very inconvenient. We came out of the train station and took a taxi around the lake for 30 minutes to spend 400 RMB.
