Disappointing stay
The public facilities in the hotel are perfect, but there are many problems in other aspects.
Room
1) The bed is too soft, and the whole person is sunk in the bed.
2) The air conditioner is still very cold when the temperature is adjusted to the highest (28 degrees), and the room will be very hot when the air conditioner is turned off.
3) The bath water is not very hot when it reaches the highest point.
4) The bathtub is not cleaned, and you can see a layer of oil floating on the water after putting the water in.
Poor service.
1) I called for toiletries, but I didn't deliver it after waiting for 20 minutes.
2) The waiter in the breakfast restaurant ignored the guests. They sat down for five minutes. Several waiters walked by and looked at each other, but no one came to ask if they needed water or order.
The choice of breakfast is very limited and not tasty.

a peaceful oasis in the midst of bustling Amman. outstanding amenities. Impeccable St Regis personal service blended with oriental hospitality. Amazing and healthy breakfast buffet. Complimentary valet parking is a big plus if you rent a car. highly recommend it overall.

The property is beautiful, clean and smells wonderful. The staff is outstanding.
Our first day at breakfast, we felt ignored and mentioned how we felt to one of the servers. Although it was a buffet breakfast, someone still had to serves us coffee/tea/juice etc. No one made eye contact with us. We were trying to get their attention without calling out loudly for "more coffee please!"
But that wasn't a big issue. The weird part happened after that.. The female who greets you at the dining room entrance and a gentleman, whom we assume is the manager came to us with 2 paper cups of coffee and written in red, on the cup, was an apology for the inconvenience.... just weird.
