"The hotel location is near SM Clark and nearby shops like Watsons and Uncle John. The staff are nice they accommodate our request for early check-in. We availed their Standard Room, it is clean and tidy. I will recommend this hotel for those who wants staycation. Thank you Trip.com for the awesome deals until next booking."

"My girlfriend says the bed was very seductive! We also loved the Aqua and the beverages there, too! We even spotted a mermaid swimming in the Aqua moats! 10 stars minus 1 star because there was no Netflix on the TV. My girlfriend said, ”I remember when we stayed at Fields Plaza, and they had Netflix and Youtube on the tv!"

"When we got there at the hotel, the receptionist told us that they upgraded our room from good for 2 person to a room that is good for 3 person. We don't know why. When we're at the room, we kind of smell a cigarette then we approach a staff to have the room sprayed."

"The room I booked was spacious and nice. There is a limited option for breakfast since the hotel does not have a kitchen. The location is ideal for male solo travelers since it is in the heart of the red district in Balibago. It is close to SM Mall, and the hotel provides a shuttle to bring you closer. I felt slightly uncomfortable with some guests bringing girls from the club. I would recommend it depending on the purpose of the travel, but I went there with my 80+-year-old father, and it was not comfortable for him either."
