"We booked this hotel because it was recommended by a friend, and in addition, it had great reviews and an affordable price. True enough, our experience did not disappoint! When we checked out, I accidentally left an important item in our room. We were already on our way to Bulacan when we realized it. I immediately called the hotel, and I was so relieved and blessed to know that they had found it. I want to sincerely thank the staff for being so kind and helpful—just as the reviews say, the staff here are truly amazing! We had a great stay at Devera Hotel. Kindness and honesty are real here! "Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected. I can only advise you to continue this way same if it would be nice to offer some croissants and pains au chocolats at the breakfast… Be sure if I had to come back in here in the future, I’ll come back there ! "My girlfriend says the bed was very seductive! We also loved the Aqua and the beverages there, too! We even spotted a mermaid swimming in the Aqua moats! 10 stars minus 1 star because there was no Netflix on the TV. My girlfriend said, ”I remember when we stayed at Fields Plaza, and they had Netflix and Youtube on the tv!"

"It took us more than 2 hours to get to our room. The staff at the front desk told us that they could not find our booking in their system. I was already annoyed because of exhaustion from our trip. The hotel upgraded our room from standard twin to suite room though"

"The room I booked was spacious and nice. There is a limited option for breakfast since the hotel does not have a kitchen. The location is ideal for male solo travelers since it is in the heart of the red district in Balibago. It is close to SM Mall, and the hotel provides a shuttle to bring you closer. I felt slightly uncomfortable with some guests bringing girls from the club. I would recommend it depending on the purpose of the travel, but I went there with my 80+-year-old father, and it was not comfortable for him either."

"Rooms are fkn awesome. Like an apt. but.. like their 2ndt location ABC.. they lack a restaurant/ Pool... They are like 50 feet from walking street tho. Service is amazing like ABC as well... if u don't care about the pool and restaurant... Def book.. McDonald's is like 5 feet away as well lol"
