There are almost no choices for dinner and lunch. We understand that after all, it is the off-season in the off-season. There are few people staying in the hotel and it is difficult to arrange food. However, this hotel is in the forest, so we still have to consider the guests' stomachs appropriately. After all, food is an indispensable part of traveling. But I still recommend this hotel. The flaws do not cover the merits. It can satisfy my desire to live in the forest. The service, hygiene, and facilities are all worthy of the price. As for the food, just think of it as losing weight😅

The hotel environment is also very good, close to Changbai Mountain, and there is a pick-up service. The breakfast restaurant has a rich variety and tastes very good! Environment: You can overlook the top of Changbai Mountain Tianchi from the balcony, which is very beautiful and very healing. Facilities: It has just opened, the rooms are brand new, there is a convenience store, restaurant, and cafe on the first floor. There is a gym and a Korean restaurant on the second floor. Hygiene: It is cleaned very cleanly, and towels are provided in sufficient quantities.

The hotel is newly built in the forest, with a very good environment. The hot spring is located in Linxi Hot Spring opposite the hotel. Before checking in, I contacted the hotel's waiter named Dong. Because we were going to Changbai Mountain Tianchi, he was very detailed and patient in understanding the local weather conditions, and he also arranged a room for us in advance. Because it was inconvenient to take the elderly with us, the hotel arranged a shuttle bus, which was very punctual. When we got off the bus, there was a waiter at the hotel who helped us send our luggage to the room, and told us to go to Changbai Mountain to see Tianchi. We could only know whether we could go to the main peak to see Tianchi by looking at the information announcement of whether Changbai Mountain Tianchi was open in the lobby every morning. The service was very good and considerate. Here I must thank Manager Yang of the lobby concierge department. Because the elderly were inconvenient to move, he was very enthusiastic and thoughtful to arrange our trip. Kang Qi from the concierge department helped us rent cotton clothes for Tianchi at the hotel, so that we could go to Changbai Mountain and see Tianchi smoothly. Moreover, the hotel's buffet breakfast was really rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and waiters helped the physically disabled elderly to deliver the meals to the table, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. The hotel's hot spring is in Linxi Hot Spring, which is about a 5-minute walk away (of course, some elderly people will walk longer), and the service is also very good. I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Changbai Mountain next time.

As a resort hotel, the environment is very good, surrounded by forests. Our room on the 7th floor can see the top of the mountain from afar. Secondly, the service is very satisfactory, including the pick-up station, Tianchi VIP channel, free hot spring next door, etc. Thank you very much to Kang Qi, Zhao Weidong and all the hotel staff for the reception. The trip to Changbai Mountain was very happy and there was no unpleasantness at all. The downside is that there are generally no commercial and catering facilities around, and the dining options are very limited.

I was very lucky to meet Eric's team when I came to Changbai Mountain for the first time. The service was very attentive and the problems were handled in a timely manner. The VIP channel of the hotel was super good. I made an appoin**ent one day in advance and could take the first bus to the scenic area after breakfast the next day. I was unlucky this time and didn't see Tianchi Lake. The forest at the bottom of the valley was not open, but the forest trail next to the hotel made up for this regret perfectly. It is very suitable for adventure in free time. The scenery is superb! It is also a good choice to take a walk around the hotel to stargaze after taking a hot spring bath at night.
