酒店是為朋友訂的，是舒適標間，在攜程照片上顯示房間很大，床也很大。朋友入住時，前台服務員卻把客人領到地下室去，説是那個地方。我朋友説訂的是標間，服務員説五樓的標間要另加費用，我朋友説先看一下房，問要加多少錢，如果加的多了就退掉。後來看了一下五樓的房間還可以，服務員要求一晚加10元，朋友就補了兩晚20元，住到了五樓房間。感覺店家提供的房間與所訂房間不符，加錢才住進標間，雖然加錢不多，但總感覺不好。

離北大街也不遠，走路就能到，環境超級不錯，屋裡很暖和，也很乾凈，離火車站很近，但是一點都不吵，安陽真的很不錯，推薦推薦！

枕頭是臟的，找前台換，居然不是換整個枕頭，而是換枕芯，第一次見這種操作，而且連續換了兩次都是臟的，工作人員還錯的理直氣壯，説是清潔公司的問題，這不是歸屬於他們整個酒店的問題嗎？！並且一進來房間桌子上售賣着成人用品，真是嚇人，以後還是星級高一點的酒店吧，真是刷新人生經歷
