Best Hotel I experienced in and around Assissi. Quite location, hosts are lovely . Breakfast is very good. All fresh and partially homemade food. Rooms are nice, modern, heated and clean. You feel like at home . This Hotel will stay on our go-back list.

Extremely pleasant stay at the end of August in a recently renovated, clean structure with well-kept external and internal environments. Noteworthy are the "secret" garden and the window in the room with a total view of Assisi. The perfect host, Mr Andrea sees and provides for everything and everyone with grace and discretion, preparing, among other things, sumptuous breakfasts based on homemade products. The swimming pool and the very welcoming rooms are definitely a plus. All at a truly reasonable price, including the large internal car park.

We just spent a wonderful week with our poodle. From the location, beautiful view of Assisi: very well-kept and clean farmhouse in the middle of sunflower fields, very kind owner and staff, excellent tasting dinner of typical products. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati ospiti con tutta la famiglia composta da 15 persone ed è stata una straordinaria esperienza. Struttura impeccabile per pulizia, qualità e servizi. Ottima cena in struttura. Andrea è un padrone di casa molto gentile ed ospitale.

Ottima struttura dotata di tutti i comfort, a due passi da Assisi, bella l’area esterna con stupendo giardino; colazione ben assortita di dolce e salato. Andrea il titolare molto disponibile. Unica pecca la pulizia della stanza che non viene effettuata tutti i giorni se non su richiesta. Asciugamani e teli doccia in 3 giorni sono stati sostituiti solamente una volta e su NS segnalazione; aspetto da rivedere soprattutto perché la struttura merita parecchio.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno. Tutto era curato e gradevole. Il gestore è attento e gentile, molto disponibile. La struttura è pulita e con tanti dettagli che denotano gusto e stile. La piscina ci ha permesso di trascorrere ore di autentico benessere,con la vista sulla splendida Assisi. Il giardino è un plus importante, ci vorremmo tornare in primavera. Giudizio ottimo

Se dovete soggiornare in Umbria, dalle parti di Assisi, consiglio vivamente questa struttura. A pochi minuti da assisi e molte località "da visitare ", colazione abbondante e con prodotti sempre freschi (cornetti, dolci fatti in casa, salato ecc), camere pulite e comode (la nostra aveva vista assisi), piscina al servizio degli ospiti... la classica soluzione dove trascorrere ij tranquillità assoluta le ferie.
