summary: one of my worest stays ever around the world good: Ahmed Ragab was a good and nice speaker for reservation and man of a word for the room i requested (reserved by phone). the food is good. the bad: everything else, they brought me a private boat for a trip and nothing of what they told was done, the helmsman know nothing about the trip program. they were very annoying to call me dozen of time to collect their money (Ahmed Ragab evaded responsibility and asked me to pay them directly) while i was on the street market for shopping with an infant all the bad smells as well what i think is: the place I can't call hotel needs a full refinement and replacement for the furniture and staff and more care for cleaning
