看得出是有年頭的酒店了，設施比較老舊，像房門鑰匙、開關、插座、座便器這些看着就是十幾年前國內3星酒店的標準。因為在海邊的關係吧，房間一進去就是潮濕的黴味，不過房間裏面有放凈化器。在花火大會當晚能訂到房，已經不容易了，雖然相比平時價格可能翻了3倍。房費包含2大1小的一泊二食，按3人鋪好了床、擺了洗漱用品。
早晚餐都是自助餐，要注意的是晚飯最好提前跟酒店約時間，我們不知道，去了現場被告知晚飯時間衹有第二場20點開始，還好我們的司機大姐跟前台軟磨硬泡，説我們要去海邊現場看花火的，給我們調到了18:30的第一場。自助餐品質雖然不多，但是味道很不錯，尤其炸蝦、蛋炒飯、牛排。軟飲、啤酒也是暢飲的，用餐時間70分鐘。
吃完飯，從酒店溜達到親水公園google map有兩條路，一條經過熱海銀座，人多車多店鋪多走起來慢，想感受熱鬧的可以走這。我們選了沿着系川河有台階的小路，去海邊是下坡走起來不累，大概12、3分鐘就能到親水公園，這邊看煙花正好。如果不想去海邊，酒店的5樓也有露台能看（當天有看到一塊指示牌），不過會被前面的樓擋住一些。
看好花火回酒店，還能去2樓大澡堂洗澡、泡温泉，舒服。第二天早餐最晚入場時間是9點。

これまで幾つか伊藤園ホテルズは利用してきましたけど、稀に見る最低ランクです。料理はどれも何か冷凍品っぽくてお世辞にも美味しいとは言えないし、「ここでしか食べられないシェフオリジナル」ってのは真っ赤なうそです。それと他の方の書き込みにもありましたが、レストランでの早く帰れよオーラ(特に太った方のウエイトレス)はとにかく強すぎです。二度目は絶対にありませんし、こういうのを放置しているのに出食わしてしまって、何か伊藤園ホテルズ自体が嫌になり始めました。
