The reviews on other sites are completely fake. The room is old and the equipment is not cleaned. The mattress is covered in stains (mold?) and has a lot of hair from the previous guest stuck to it. There are too many problems to write about, but it is generally as described by other reviews on this site. The photos on other sites are completely fraudulent, so it might be a good idea to start by looking at the exterior on Google Maps. You should definitely avoid this place, but if you like crazy inns, why not go?
