"A very well located hotel with very nice staff at reception and breakfast service.
The reception and lounge areas are nice and well decorated.
Rooms are renovated but not to high standards and bed is very uncomfortable sadly... So rooms does not reflect a 4 star hotel.
However reception area and breakfast are not bad.
A mixed experience but fir the price it was ok if we consider this hotel a 3 star quality hotel."

"因為提前有注意到這家沒有電梯 所以預訂了一樓的房間 看到有其他的客人很辛苦的拖着行李上樓 所以這點需要注意 地點非常好 離車站步行大約七八分鐘 在老城內靠近城牆 出門是居民區 環境很舒服 房間內部相對簡單 電視之類也是挺老型號的 但是設備該有的都有的 看照片有點被騙到 其實院子裏的草地是假的…店員態度都非常好 附近走五分鐘還有租借自行車的車行 總體來説位置方便 衞生不錯 性價比很高"

"The hotel is located in the old city and needs to find a place to park by yourself. But fortunately, we can find a nearby location every time. The hotel room was rebuilt from an old house, the bathroom was slightly smaller, but it was not worth mentioning compared to the style of the old city. Bathing is enough. The room intimately adds heating equipment in different locations, so there is no need to worry about the cold in winter. There is also a family-style breakfast, elegant and delicious. The boss is very interesting and will introduce the hotel and nearby dining very interestingly. Warm and rich in French humor, it is a very good person. Usually walking to the nearby church market or the papal palace is very close. We drove to Arles and Stone City, also within an hour. It is recommended to experience the style of the medieval ancient city."

"A hotel that is solemnly recommended, the owner is very enthusiastic, the decoration is a bit ancient, but the facilities are completely modern, the room is oversized, and there is a terrace, which is thoughtful and comprehensive for the guests. The transportation is very convenient, suitable for self-driving travel, the Pope's Palace is open for 10 minutes. "The room is really very small. Two people live a bit crowded. The big suitcase is barely put down.
The location is good. Avignon Central Railway Station comes out and walks 700 meters straight along the main road into the city. It is relatively safe in the center of the ancient city.
The house is indeed old. The elevator was built decades ago. It is very small and old (of course the appearance is newly renovated)
The room provides bath towels, towels, bathrobes and shampoo and bath products every day. There is a separate bathroom.
Beds, furniture, etc. are still a bit old, but overall it is clean
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the praise is delicious or you can eat enough.
Service is also very good, the front desk has questions and answers English OK
It is very convenient to go to the attractions of the old city. You can walk to the hotel supermarket and other shops. The ancient city is still very beautiful."

GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The restaurant was a plus. The room was fine, except the internet had really slow connection. Did not like sharing a room when there was a bathroom with no sink (how do you watch your hands when your roommate is in the shower area?). The shower area had only a curtain - so no sound protection. Could not get the room cold enough even with the lowest setting for temperature and the fan on high. We were both too hot.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for two night and it was overall satisfying stay. The room is clean enough and i liked the bedroom and living room was separated. It was spacious enough to open the suitcases on the floor. There was only one set of towel for two people but when I requested housing lady gave me quickly. I also requested late check out and it was 20 euro per hour and only available until 2pm. But when I called the reception the guy told me it is 15 euros. I had to pay with my card not cash because of the wrong information. But it was good stay and I would like to visit again next time.

WWaixiI recently stayed at the L'Oréal Lodge during the A**ion Theatre Festival and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to many of the main attractions and festival venues.
Pros:
Reasonable Prices: During the festival, the hotel's prices were very reasonable. This was a rare opportunity, allowing us to enjoy a high-quality stay during the festival without having to worry about overcharging.
Excellent Location: The hotel is located in the heart of the A**ion, within walking distance to many of the main attractions and various festival venues. It was very convenient to get around, saving a lot of time and transportation costs.
Comfortable Rooms: The hotel's rooms are very comfortable, warmly decorated and well-equipped. The beds were particularly comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms was very high, ensuring a good stay.
Friendly Service: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was very smooth. Especially during the festival, the front desk staff provided a lot of useful information and suggestions.
Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich and of good quality. Whether it is French bread, cheese or fresh fruit, it is appetizing and a perfect choice to start the day.

The young man at the front desk was very welcoming and provided us with a free map, as well as information on the route to the Palais and the parking lot.
