GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, with its back against the city wall, which can be seen through the window of the breakfast room. The hotel's decoration style is also very good, and the veal in the restaurant is very tender and tastes good. However, the check-in experience is not good. First, the hotel's luggage cart is just a decoration, and no one will come to help pull the luggage. It rained on the day of arrival. I dragged my suitcase awkwardly across the cobblestone road (the last 20 meters) to the ground floor, and then fumbled for the elevator to reach the floor where the front desk is located. Second, the shower in the room was a bit blocked. I used a large shower head on the second night, so the bathroom was full of water. Fortunately, I lived alone. If the second person took a shower, the bathroom could not be used at all, and the water would probably flood the living room. When I checked out the next day, I also greeted the front desk. The front desk attitude was very good and said sorry directly, but was it too late?

GGuest UserWe are traveling by car, parking is free (parked on the roadside at the entrance of the hotel), the room is spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy. But there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, this doesn't matter. The key is that the price is cheap and the price is very high. It is convenient and cost-effective for friends who drive. It is very close to the ancient city of Avila and less than an hour away from Segovia. It is recommended.

DDanielThe hotel is in the centre right at the door of the cathedral, making any connection to the centre is made in short time, excellent location, the hotel in the photos does not call attention but in perna improves much, it has a painting style painted with details by some author, very good taste, though the lack of renewal of the wood floor that was as much deteriorated because of having had water and gives the feeling that had been with water and has gone, so excellent.

HHongquanlaoshiVery simple and tasteful hotel, diagonally opposite the cathedral, the location is very good, it is a former castle transformed, the hotel's door is not big, but the interior is very spacious, there are two glass-top dining halls. The rooms are also very nice and antique, and the facilities are perfect. The service of the hotel is also very good, the reception staff is very enthusiastic and answer all questions. In short, this hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

GGuest UserThe hotel has modern facilities in an old building outside the Barco de Ávila. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The room, modern and with all kinds of comfort, was very clean. The bed, extra large and comfortable, flat-screen TV, good air conditioning, minibar, excellent views of Gredos's sierra and very complete bathroom with hydromassage bathroom ... Finally, say buffet breakfast is excellent.

GGuest UserThe reason why I chose this hotel is that it is not far from the ancient city, about one kilometer, you can reach it on foot, and the hotel has a small paid parking lot. The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastically gave us directions on the tour. When I was having breakfast, I left my clothes in the restaurant, and the restaurant waiter helped me bring them up. It's just that this hotel is too old and the facilities are not up to four-star standards. As soon as I entered the room, there was a smell, similar to the smell of mutton. Only a quarter of the light ***** in the room was bright. When it was first turned on, the non-lit part flickered. The stone on the bathroom sink was broken and the stone floor was pitted. Unfair. The room is very small and there are no boxes in the empty space that can be opened. There were only three different plastic clothes hangers in the closet, which seemed to have been left by the residents. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the restaurant seats were stained.

HHans-MartinVery clean basic Hotel directly located in the Avila trainstation building. Perfect for train travellors. Very friendly staff. No air conditioning. Getting loud with the trains when windows are open. 15min walk to Avila oldtown center.

GGuest UserI stayed here for one night last week. The room was extremely clean although basic. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The host was wonderful and as I was leaving early in the morning before breakfast, he left me a plate of fruit and a huge piece of cake on reception. Oh and the hotel cat is sooo friendly! I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, opposite the wall.
The only disadvantage was that we were given the rooms behind the reception (I understand it is for disabled) and the bathroom had a window that gave the restaurant room, Although the glass was smeriled when lighting was all seen inside, it would be good that you could fix it.
But, for the rest, and I repeat, being a 2 star has largely fulfilled the expectations.
