Wir haben uns aufgrund der guten Bewertungen entschlossen, den Geburtstag meiner Frau in der Einbachmühle zu feiern. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Auch der Service war anfangs wirklich hervorrangend. Im Lauf des Abends war der freundliche Kellner aber leider durch einen weniger freundlichen Experten ersetzt. Auch bei der Qualität des Essen war unser Urteil eher "Unentschieden". Pluspunkte gab es für das elegante Rote-Beete-Risotto, das Salat-Dressing und das Wiener Schnitzel. Dagegen war das Grill-Gemüse und die Quesadilla zu scharf gewürzt - und zum Ausgleich die Tagliatelle weitestgehend Gewürz-befreit. Abschließend würden wir sagen: "Gerne nicht mehr wieder".
