The hotel is so big and the hospitality was great. The guys downstairs were so friendly and helped with anything needed. There is a big clothing market downstairs and so many street food and 7 eleven is closer. There is also boat taxi which is cheaper than the normal taxi. I think I was the only guest there due to covid Thailand just opened for tourists.

This hotel has seen its time, it is not worth booking here. The facilities and condition are unfortunately very poor and the service is also poor. Behind the reception desk there are piles of papers and through the open door you can see that the office is dirty and it looks as if it hasn't been cleaned for months. The room has broken wallpaper and everything is dingy and worn. The air conditioning hums outside the window and you can hear the neighbors talking. The Wi-Fi doesn't work most of the time and the transfer rate is awful. A simple request for dry cleaning cannot be answered either and so you have to find it yourself.
