"The hotel is centrally located with good public transport links. The ambiance is modern and the cleanliness is good. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the staff leaves a little to be desired; they don't seem to be trained hospitality professionals. At breakfast, used dishes weren't cleared away, and a dirty, crumpled cloth was left out in the open. At the front desk, there was a lack of attentive gestures, for instance, at check-out, no one asked if everything was satisfactory or wished us a pleasant journey home. The fact that an earlier check-in, for example at 1:30 PM instead of 3 PM, costs an additional €30 is quite off-putting.
In the room, we disliked that the open shower was too short, making it impossible to shower normally without flooding the floor. Also, the toilet flush button was stuck, and there was limescale on the sink faucet. A positive highlight is the affordable overnight price, especially with children in the same room. If you are willing to overlook the aforementioned drawbacks, the hotel is recommendable."

Very friendly and helpful receptionist ( the female one, curly hair); stylish internal design, and it's a short bus trip from the centre train station. Free hot drink is definitely a bonus.

Service was good, can keep the bag for us after check-out,room was clean, the location not very good but you can catch the bus to the HBF station. Breakfast is good but the options have to be improved.

Hotel is located in walking distance of Hamburg Hbf, which is very convenient! Small downside is, that there are quite some homeless people and junkies around these kind of areas. We observed a junkie who was checking out a stolen (?) bag for its content on two nights while we were walking back to the hotel. Another advantage is the proximity of a car rental, which even allows for the cars to park there over night, so that one does not need to book the hotel Garage for €20/night! (Enterprise autovermieting) Rooms were ok, on lower floors with aircon and window can be opened. Bf was fine, but there was not enough space for the huge amount of guests, so they opened some rooms next to the main bf room, partly without electricity, which means that we had bf in the dark 😊. Gym has no mats for Yoga or the like. Showercaps have to be requested. Executive lounge just good for fetching some extra drinks or small snacks, but nothing special. Staff extremely friendly!

It is ideally situated in between the central bus and train stations. Bed is very comfortable and honestly, had one of the best sleeps I had on my first night (when there was only two of us in the room). My second and third night were ruined by new guests that were snoring way louder than the rumblings of the train passing by lols. Had great view from the room window. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly; truly appreciated that! 👍☺️ Oh! And the elevator is erm… unique 😛

We chose this hotel because the Barclays Arena is easily accessible on foot. Check-in at the terminal was seamless. I found the parking price (€15) a bit high, but it was acceptable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the intrusive cleaning staff. Check-out is at 12 pm, and from 8 am onwards, the cleaning staff kept coming and going, wanting to enter our room. Based on previous reviews, we didn't book breakfast. The furnishings are very basic, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. It was a very pleasant stay.
