The room was very dusty , stinky smelled like arm pits

The room I stayed in was very dusty. When I got to the hotel, they charged more than what ******* quoted my total charge. And would not give a refund. Stated that it was a city charge which was never explained to me.

The Internet service for where we were in the hotel was terrible, I had hours of work to do and had to use my phone's hotspot. I was able to get limited service in the hotel lobby, but it was too slow there to work also. The clerk on duty was not able to offer us any solutions, so that was really frustrating. The breakfast was so-so, the scrambled eggs were a little dry. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the bathroom door would not stay open.

Heavy chemical fumes and odor wafting into room. Toilet smelled like urine. Room dirty.

We arrived past midnight and were still greeted by a friendly front desk staff. Our room key/lock didn’t work at first. But we were quickly provided with another room. The room condition was great. AC was quiet. Bathroom was clean. We will be returning when we visit family in Beeville again.

I arrived at 3:30 PM and the front desk lady had to go up stairs to see if my room was cleaned yet or not. It was not and to her credit she did find me an alternative room which was very nice.
