酒店位置不錯,離銀灘僑港風情街和客運港碼頭都不遠。酒店門口就有共享單車可以騎 經濟方便,辦理入住的前台小周小王也很熱情,講解的很細緻。園區裏有室外泳池和小童樂園都是免費開放,還有個文化長廊可以喝茶聊天。房間有陽台，安排的高樓層，看海的視野和景色都很不錯。很喜歡他們家的床，很軟睡着很舒服，衞生很乾凈，總體性價比很高。

房間不是很大 天熱了來了肯定很不錯 趕上降温房間太冷了 空調不熱 地下室可以免費停車 還行 還行 這邊應該是開發區吧 到處都是工地 海景還是工地海景😄 北海的冬天降温了穿棉衣都覺得冷😄

這就是海景房😂周邊全是在建的工地，海邊看起來也是破破爛爛😂
不是正兒八經酒店，是公寓的一部分做的酒店
電梯：上午出門等了半小時
停車場：提前去潿洲島，把車子停在酒店，問是否可以停在停車場拒絕
環境：一層樓好幾户，很多帶小孩的甚至不關門，隔音效果巨差，特別吵
房間：就是一般快捷酒店的裝修，面積沒有標識的那麼大，比較擁擠。熱水用的類似小廚寶。衞生間會反味道。
距離僑港，銀灘很近，其他沒什麼優勢了。市區的温德姆也就差不多這個價格。不推薦

位置不錯，離銀灘正門1.5公里，遠遠可以看到海景，旁邊是馮家江，但是有遮擋和工地，白天比較吵
早飯豐富，麪檔粥品都有
電梯確實慢，2梯34樓10户，服務反應有點慢，估計跟這個也有關係
酒店位於皇家海灣公館這個小區，小區很大很多共用設施，但是小區的公用設施如圖書館似乎不共用，也並沒有看到宣傳中的游泳池

環境乾淨整潔，辦理入駐非常快速，停車方便免費，賓至如歸的感覺，而且還有水果贈送，去海邊看日出非常方便，沙灘美麗，每次到北海出差總要住的賓館就是這家，
