This is the first bad review in so many years. Except for the big room, there is nothing good about it. It is an old train station hotel with poor maintenance and false four stars. If we didn't approach and take the initiative, no one would pay attention to us at all. We asked whether we could change the twin bed to a big bed room or operate the room upgrade related services like other hotels. We were told that it was not possible, and we were not told that we could change to a big bed room for an additional ten yuan (we later found out by checking the price of the day on Ctrip). However, this kind of upgrade and room change is indeed an additional service. If there is, it is flexible and flexible. If there is no, it is normal, and we didn't ask more. [Room decoration and accommodation experience] But it was really exciting after checking in. I was exhausted and wanted to take a shower directly. As soon as I checked in, I had to find a master to repair the water, and the request for a room change was rejected again. The cake I bought needs a large refrigerator to keep it fresh. A four-star hotel, [nothing is available], do you think it's reasonable? The smoke from the non-smoking hotel next door made me unable to sleep, and no one solved it even after I called. How come your management is loose internally and you specifically target customers? There are not a few four- and five-star hotels that I have stayed in during business trips all year round. To be honest, it's really a bit amazing to still encounter such a hotel in this era. They don't actively help solve problems and don't provide services enthusiastically, and the hardware is extremely old. Basically, the hardware level is the 1990s. The service attitude of the post-00s in the workplace has been rectified, allowing you to directly experience a guest like **. If you want to be a big scapegoat for the boss to give money, just come and stay.
