I had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless — perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. This was my first time staying at a hotel here and I absolutely loved it! It was incredibly friendly, and the two young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and very cozy. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back next time! Freshly ground coffee is available for unlimited refills.

Facilities: Having a fridge was very convenient. The TV's screen mirroring could be improved. Hygiene: Overall, it was good. A small suggestion: if the carpets can't be cleaned regularly, it might be better to remove them entirely. Environment: The room was spacious, and it was very convenient to buy food and other necessities nearby. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around by taxi! Service: The staff were all very friendly. The minibar was replenished daily, and they provided plenty of water. They also offered a complimentary breakfast and a late checkout! Definitely a recommended place!

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The entire place is spotless, and special shoutout to the amazing cleaning team on the 3rd floor—they refreshed our room daily with clean towels and perfectly made beds. The reception staff were wonderfully kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Location-wise, it’s great: about a 5–8 minute walk to the nearest metro, though Didi rides were so affordable that our family mostly used those. It’s very close to Ginza Mall with plenty of food options, and also near Raffles City Mall. Lama Temple is just one metro stop away, and the Mubus meet-up/drop-off at Dongzhimen Station is super convenient. Room fittings feel new and well-maintained. The only thing missing is a buffet breakfast, but space seems limited, so it’s understandable. Overall, an outstanding stay—comfortable, clean, and very well located. Highly recommended.

I honestly didn't want to leave, haha. It's truly a hotel I'd love to stay in indefinitely. The hotel's artistic ambiance was also just right, a perfectly balanced feeling… If only there weren't so many influencers coming to 'check in' (it really affects the experience). Art is meant to be appreciated; too much noise and the essence changes, and the value of the art diminishes. Just my personal opinion. I want to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping attendant on the 8th floor. She was so meticulous, patient, and thorough in cleaning every corner. Her diligent attitude deeply impressed me. It felt like she treated the hotel as if it were her own, with such passion and heart. ❤️🔥 I truly admire people like that. However, I do have a criticism for a few of the breakfast service staff. Their attitudes were... well, one of them was practically a robot – expressionless, and clueless about everything I asked. It felt like she couldn't separate personal from professional life, as if everyone owed her something. Work is work; please put some effort into it. I actually called her 'the robot' – I didn't even want to speak another word to her. And then there was another one, who would be very suitable for a high-ranking official position; power must be very tempting for him. I admit defeat… Breakfast itself was good. Overall, I hope the hotel's service philosophy continues to be to serve every customer with utmost dedication and effort. This is the first time I've written such a long review! 😌 I'm a very serious person, writing a very serious review.

The facilities are excellent. The mattress and toiletries in the room were very comfortable to use, and having a mini-fridge and humidifier was a thoughtful touch. The environment was quiet and elegant, with expansive views from the window. The green plant decorations in the hallway really lifted my spirits. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedsheets were spotless, and even the corners of the bathroom were thoroughly cleaned with no strange odors. The service was also outstanding. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and even proactively offered reminders and responded promptly to any requests.

Overall, I'm satisfied. The staff are warm and generous, and the hotel has a youthful style. There are entertainment facilities on the ground floor, making it convenient for tea and chats. I stayed alone, and I thought the room layout was quite clever. It seems like one large space, but the bathroom area can be separated by a curtain, which wouldn't be an issue for two people. It's very close to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and you can even take the Airport Express from Exit A. There are malls, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby. The soundproofing is lacking; I was woken up by loud voices in the hallway while sleeping in the morning. Finally, a [suggestion]: it would be great if there was a small folding stool in the room for luggage. It's quite rare in domestic hotels, and it's really inconvenient to organize luggage while crouching on the floor.

Environment: The surroundings are very convenient, but I got a little confused when I first arrived because there's another Qiuguo hotel right next door. Service: The front desk service was excellent and accommodating.
