I'm very satisfied with the room. It's really good!!! There is a lot of food around and it is delicious. The design style in the room is very warm. In addition, the water in the room can be added for free, which is very good! The staff is very warm and friendly and will say hello when we meet! The hygiene in the room is also very clean! The taxi staff will also help when traveling, and the communication and translation are also very smooth! Takeaway is really convenient and I like it very much. The front desk will also do this favor! I will definitely introduce my friends to experience it. I like it very much.

Beijing was the first stop in my trip to China with my dad. And this hotel set the bar pretty high for the rest of the hotels in the trip. The place itself was really nice it all looked very modern with some interesting touches. The room was really good too very spacious with a sofa, table, big bathroom, the only downside is that we asked for 2 single beds but instead got a double one but the rest of the amenities of the hotel made up for it. I have to mention the gym, wow it was really good equipped, very spacious and amazing views, even though I was walking around Beijing all day I couldn’t wait to go to the hotel to go to the gym and pool. The pool was quite big, although I expected more rooftop it was closed because we went in march which makes sense. The only downside I would say is the location, it is a bit far from the main attractions and railway stations, but getting Didi in Beijing was so cheap I can’t complain. I also found that the city is so comfortable to go around cycling. It was an amazing experience and you can rent the bikes everywhere with Alipay or WeChat. The hotel was also in a good area to get good food from anywhere, if you want Chinese or European food it is close to really good restaurants. While also having fast chains and breaks fast spots nearby.

I totally recommend this place. It looks exactly as in the pictures and has a great location near restaurants, and the train station. The customer service was perfect, all my messages were replied in seconds and they helped me in everything I needed. The room is pretty big and everything was clean! Excellent room for the price!

The hotel's Wi-Fi covered the entire property, and the speed was stable, which was perfect for my work needs. As for the location, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it very convenient to get to the city center and main attractions. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making daily life super easy.

I chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to Taikoo Li, which made it convenient for us to explore. When I arrived, I found that even though it's in a commercial area, it's located within a compound, so it wasn't noisy at all, which eased my concerns. Plus, staying here means you can easily visit the night market outside in the evening – the area is bustling at night, and there are lots of snacks under the SOHO building. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room with a washer-dryer combo, and a gym where you can get a quick workout in. Overall, the hotel's facilities and services perfectly match its positioning.

I loved this hotel very much. It is only a 5-minute walk to the metro and is conveniently located near Ginza Mall, which made buying groceries and snack souvenirs super easy. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The daily free laundry service is a huge plus. We didn’t need to bring much clothing while travelling. The free soy milk and coffee were wonderful too, especially during winter. I would especially like to thank Xiao Ying (I hope I got the name right) for her kind service. She knew I had to leave for the airport around 3pm and was kind enough to extend my check-out time so I could have a proper shower before my flight. I truly appreciate it. Thank you for the great stay!

The location is fantastic, so much so that it outweighs any minor imperfections. The only downside to the hotel is that the facilities are a bit old. For example, the bathroom doorknob showed some limescale and general wear, but everything else was great. Plus, there's unlimited freshly ground coffee!

The room was spotless, no corners missed. The environment was pleasant with no strange odors. The front desk staff were excellent. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Nanluoguxiang, which was perfect for a stroll after dinner. There are also many bus routes, making it convenient to explore the city views by bus if you prefer not to take the subway.

We stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The room was modern, very clean, and had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a good shower, reliable free Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city—just a short walk from the subway and several great local restaurants. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, giving us great dinner recommendations and printing our boarding passes. For the price, it offered fantastic value. We didn't need a pool or a fancy restaurant; we needed a comfortable, convenient base, and that's exactly what we got. Would definitely stay again.”

Facilities: Small but well-equipped. Cleanliness: Good, rooms were cleaned promptly, even after breakfast. Environment: Located in the Gongti and Tuanjiehu area, with convenient transportation. Service: Front desk staff were polite and attentive, and the restaurant auntie was especially warm and welcoming. Suggestions: The restaurant staff should communicate with the front desk more effectively. Currently, they don't seem to know which room gets how many breakfasts, and guests often have to go to the front desk to confirm. Also, while the hotel is quite good, staff shouldn't ask guests for five-star reviews. Five-star ratings should come genuinely from the guests themselves.
