I stayed at Jingli Hongyizhan Hotel (Dongzhimen Sanlitun Branch) for several nights and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — close to public transport, Sanlitun, and several local restaurants. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful with check-in. Wi-Fi was stable, and the neighborhood felt safe, even late at night. Great value for the price. Would consider staying again on my next visit to Beijing.

This hotel scores excellent in every categories as it exceeded all our expectations and had helped make our Beijing holiday trip such a memorable and great visit.
Firstly, it is directly accessible from the international airport to the Sanyuanqiao metro line, a five minute walk from exit D.
And with this metro line connections, we were able to conveniently visited all the major attraction places just using the metro lines, except for the Great Wall attraction.
For visiting the Badaling Great Wall, one can use the metro to Qinghe station to connect to the Qinghe Railway station to goes to Badaling Great Wall Station.
Next, the staffs, especially the front desk service staffs there were very polite and helpful with our enquiries, making our stay very pleasant.
Thanks also to the room cleaning service for making sure that our room is always kept clean and comfortable with fresh towels and clean bedsheets.
The hotel provides ammenities like a gym, laundry room, superb washroom, billiard table, gaming equipment to cater to all ages and different types of visitors.
Breakfast is optional but we booked with breakfast and enjoyed the good spread of food selection every morning. Free dim sum supper were available from 10.00 to 11.00 pm.
Overall, our holiday had been exceptionally enjoyable, relaxed and memorable with our hotel stay at CitiGo.

Family Tour and below were my comments
- Location is good, very near to a good shopping Mall.
- Hotel is too noisy, can hear the voice from the TV from the other room and some noise from people talking from the outside.
- The breakfast was served from 7:30am to 10am. I booked the room with breakfast included for 3 days and none was used during my whole stay. I leave early before 7:30am to travel around specially Great Wall and Universal Studios. I requested if i can have breakfast before 7am but cant serve early. Before my check out, i even inquire if i can refund the breakfast since I did not used it but no avail.
- Overall, I do not recommend to families or people traveling to Beijing as Tourist.

Classic style hotel, clean room, good support from employees although non english speakers (they can communicate via mobile translator apps). The only point of improvement would be in the bathroom - the sink from the shower clogged a couple times (and unclogged by itself during the bath), and the water from the the shower box was leaking a bit into the bathroom floor.
We got late in the breakfast (there was only 15min left before they closed it) and there was very few options to eat. When I was filling a second plate (nearer to the end time) even the spoons used to serve yourself were missing, so they seemed not to care about serving you well if you got near the end of the breakfast. Make sure to get there early.
Also, there wasn't black coffee available anywhere in the breakfast. Only coffee with milk (I can't drink milk).

First time in china, what a great unit. Was very clean felt just like a good quality hotel in bangkok or in the states. Feels new the area was a bit hard to walk to from the airport bus took me 20 mins on foot. I couldn’t figure out how to call a cab (later installed alipay)

An absolutely luxurious stay. The breakfast and the on-site restaurant were top-tier, worthy of the finest dining experiences.
The pool boasts a breathtaking view, though it was a shame that the opening hours (from 10:00 AM) didn't allow for an early morning swim.
The gym was extremely large and had absolutely everything one could need.
An incredible extra: having a washing machine in the room was so convenient! We also loved the unique loft-style (mezzanine) layout of the room.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center. Taking a cap takes around 20 to 30 min to the forbidden city, which is quick depending on the traffic. The staff is very welcoming, although they don't speak English very well. Be prepared to use a translator. The hotel itself is clean and makes a very good impression. The room itself has air-conditioning, a nice balcony with a view to the neighborhood. Unfortunately the balcony light didn't work for our room, but I saw the others are just fine. We loved the bed and the shower. Really clean. Lights are all controllable from the bed. The TV has Chinese program and a collection of movies. It's not a smart TV unfortunately and we didn't manage to put in English subtitles. The toilet is a smart toilet and was really good.
You get a free supply of water and some small tomatoes next to the elevator. They also supply your rook with bottles of water after cleaning (which happens daily!). Shout-out to the cleaning lady, she was so nice.
Right next to the hotel there are many bars and restaurants, although more on the expensive side within a walk of 15 min. If you opt to go south from the hotel it takes a 10 min walk to reach some nice local restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We had the best night drinking and eating with locals there. Super friendly people in this neighborhood. If you want to call a Didi (cheap chinese taxi app) there are good locations around the hotel for dropoff and pickup even with luggage.
I can really recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Beijing.

The hostel is really nice but a little bit far away from metro ( Dongzhimen station Exit C ) but you can ride the bike to the hotel (good experience) All staffs are so good and nice. The breakfast is so amazing. Nearby 711. Beds are so comfy. ❤️

My stay at Mercure Beijing City Centre was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transport, shopping, and local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern feel. I really appreciated the quiet environment and efficient front desk service. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it was a great place to stay during my time in Beijing, and I’d definitely recommend it for both short visits and longer stays.

AAlvesThe hotel is so very pretty and is great if you want to explore the hutong area in Beijing. Having said that, it may not be the easiest option for foreign travellers. No English is spoken on the property although they will use translator apps to communicate with you in the reception. The room has a central control system which is only in Chinese so you may not be able to do dim lights and action other controls which could be useful. There was an unfortunate situation with our stay: the reservation was for 3 adults (family) but they gave us a room with only a queen bed, no extra bed which was a surprise. We pointed that out but basically they told us that one of us had to sleep on the sofa so far from ideal, it wasn’t cheap enough to justify this kind of condition. I will say that the aunties and uncles that serve the breakfast were the best, super nice and seemed happy to be there (one of them sang while working), very heart warming.

GGuest UserThe apartment experience this time was very good. The room was particularly well lit. The large windows made the sun abundant, the floor was clean, the light gray curtains were simple and atmospheric, and the city view outside the window was also very good.
In terms of service, the housekeeper made the route and precautions clear before check-in. There was a small demand when I lived, and the response was very fast and the handling was properly. The environment is comfortable and the service is intimate. I will choose here next time. ～

The headboard of the bed was dusty and wasnt clean (i have allergic rhinitis so I kept sneezing). The door(double)lock inside the room is broken. Toilet seat cover wasn’t cleaned and I have to clean it (bathroom sanitation is very important so it shud be cleaned properly), bathroom lights is dark, no hot water in the sink, the room over all is not bad at all, bed is comfortable though so Over all it’s not that bad if u are only for a short trip.

LLillith120This is the perfect hotel for you to rest up when exploring the city, it’s nothing fancy but then again you get what you pay for, some rooms are quite small with no windows but then again it’s very likely that you won’t be spending much time in a hotel room instead of exploring the city.
Now locating the hotel can be a bit difficult but there’s lots of famous clubs around, so you can enter one of the clubs name and ask any guards you might find by the gate and they’ll gladly help you.
And yes they do accept foreigners
