Exceptional Stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing was truly unforgettable. A special thanks to housekeeper 徐晶晶 (Ms. Xu Jingjing) for her warm and professional service. When we mentioned wanting to eat oranges, she surprised us with an entire plate of fresh oranges, along with gifting us a plush Ritz-Carlton lion—such thoughtful gestures that made us feel so cared for. The hotel’s elegance and attention to detail, paired with such exceptional staff, made our experience amazing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Upon checking in, I was immediately captivated by the hotel's ambiance, sophisticated feel, and artistic flair! I then explored a few other areas, and the materials, design, lighting, and soft furnishings were all truly stunning! On my first day dining there, a screw from my glasses went missing! A dining attendant named Kelly Chen noticed I was having trouble getting my meal and very enthusiastically helped me find a solution. She cleverly and efficiently helped me resolve this unexpected problem, and I'm truly grateful for her help! The next day, during meal service, I noticed some guests who arrived late for their meal. The restaurant manager and staff were very proactive in preparing fresh food for them. They provided exceptionally good service to one particular foreign lady. I was sitting directly opposite her and could clearly see she was genuinely touched. I truly believe this dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton was one of the best I've ever had.
