Cannot fault this place spent 3 weeks here it was perfect the 2 staff on reception could not help enough with any problems the cleaning staff were spot on mercadonna supermarkets next door I will definitely book again next year thank-you too all at the apar**ent 😀

Overall stay ok, communication about check in was none existent. We turned up at 15:10 and there was nobody on the desk and nobody answering the contact number provided. Had to head out to a bar with all of our luggage until after 17:00.
Shower needs better means of keeping the water inside the shower.

The apar**ent was spacious and clean with good cooking facilities. Whilst I didn’t use it there is a small pool that looks rather nice. The main issue was that there is not very good soundproofing and so you can hear other people fairly clearly when trying to sleep. Another thing to note was that there was no hand soap and only one toilet roll so will need to bring your own.

It's an amazing place to stay bigger than most in benidorm, great staff receptionist are really friendly, house keepers really nice, great supermarket next door easy walk to new town bout 10 mins

The apar**ent was good value and the friendly staff did everything to make us feel welcome etc. We thought it might be in a "quieter" location but building works opposite(June 2022) added to the noisy neighbours (lager swilling lads) in the Rio Park next door. Not the fault of MichelAngelo of course.

A real scam, little empathy and humanity, less than 24 hours after making the reservation I had a personal problem, no facility to move just one day, everything was to charge more or charge 77 euros for cancellation for the face, I was left *** * A complete car that you don't enjoy says a lot about them, when you cancel early and they have plenty of time to rent it to others because there was more than a week's notice. I certainly won't recommend it to anyone, I travel a lot to Benidorm and I have never met people like that. Keeping people's money certainly makes money.

Magnificent apar**ents next to the Town Hall and in the center of Benidorm. Correct size room. Well-furnished kitchen with sufficient crockery and cutlery. Iron for clothes (quite a detail) Effective air conditioning. Pleasant living room although the sofa bed as a sofa is uncomfortable, which is usually the case in almost all places.
