I can sum up our stay in 2 words : Blissful & exquisite. Not only if the property beautiful all the staff members are well trained, polite and immensely helpful. Every book & corner of the property is beautiful and has story to tell. We had gone for a bachelorette trip & they truly helped make it special — from an early check in to our request for a ‘special’ cake they were very accommodating for all our request to their best possible capabilities and it truly showed. Our experience was worth every penny! The breakfast spread wasn’t as glorious, but we had dinner included in our package and got the option of ordering anything we want from ‘Pearls & Chiffon’. Happy to report that dinner was delicious special mention to the Goat Pulao, The BLT sandwich, Mass ki tikki & the kulfis. The coffee was really good too. To the staff members who got us ***goes at breakfast that were HEAVENLY— Thank you so much! We also went to the Spa & like everything else the experience was really satisfactory! All our therapists were best suited to our needs Thank you to the Narendra Bhawan team, You have an incredible property and really good staff members! We have stayed ***y palace hotels of India ..but this tops all in terms of service and architecture and price. We have seen this palace in movies but no camera can capture It's true beauty. You have to visit personally to feel It's grand Beautiful carvings. We had booked 5 rooms. 2 rooms We felt like old and smelly, on request they immediately changed it. Rooms r nice and clean. Food is really awesome. We had breakfast and dinner there. Every dish was super.. Chef recommend us local dishes and specially prepared dinner as per our requirement. Papad, bhujia, gutta all courrier were super. Folk music perfor***ce was also very good. Having breakfast in huge courtyard with live flute music was a total magical experience. View of sunset from terrace is Amazing. Staff is very nice and helpful. They guided us to palace rooms and gave detail history. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definately recommend all to visit bikaner,stay here and enjoy this place like a king ..
