1.酒店前台服務態度不行，打電話不接
2.房間不夠乾淨，床單被罩都是臟的，不知道洗過沒有
3.房間內設施太差，沒有吹風機、沒有熱水、下水道還是堵的
這是住酒店最差的一次體驗了

大家好，我和同事四個人來彬州市出差，連續住了三晚酒店花了三百多，讓前台送幾瓶礦泉水，服務員還吝嗇的一瓶不給，服務也不好，以後再也不住這個酒店了，新裝修的酒店連衞生間門都沒有，大家不要住這個酒店了
