Our hotel room that our bathroom door didn't close at all and no bathroom lock on door. YOU REALLY NEED DISABILITY RAMPS TO HELP DISABLE PEOPLE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE HOTEL ALSO NEED DISABILITY LIFTS FOR DISABLE PEOPLE TO HAVE ACCESS UP STAIRS AND DOWN STAIRS TOO. I FOUND A TRAY AND HALF WITH DRINKING GLASSES VERY DIRTY AND HAVE ALOT OF FINGER PRINTS OVER AND AROUND TOP OF THE GLASSES EVERY HOTEL ROOM SHOULD HAVE A SAFE TO KEEP BELONGINGS SAFE IN YOUR HOTEL ROOM . Better entertainment aswell and also prices are too high too. Don't think checkout should be 10am Waiting around for our coach's it 5 hours wait time no where to put your luggage safe neither. EVEN IF YOU NEED TO GO OUT LAST MINUTE THINGS . WAITING AROUND FOR 5 HOURS FOR YOUR COACH IS TERRIBLE SINCE CHECKOUT IS 10AM . Drinking water 🚰 is terrible to drink taste funny too and made me have diarrhoea for 2 days too.

We had a great weekend stay - really nice hotel, the decor and facilities were clean, modern and made for a great ambience for our group stay. Easily accommodated our group of 16 in quiet comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast and chocs courtesy of Keith our waiter. Very welcoming and great situation on the seafront. We would love to return.

Felt like a home from home. Staff work hard and can't do enough for you. Nice, friendly vibes. Heard a few moans and groans from a certain family but you get what you pay for and you can't go wrong with the traditional food (although basic, again, you get what you pay for and a great choice at breakfast. Scrambled eggs were so good!!) Nightly entertainment. Rooms spotlessly clean, single room was small but had everything you need and bed was comfortable. Bed was made up with fresh towels daily. Greeted with a smile at mealtimes. Stunning views and very well priced. The sunset from the caberet lounge is gorgeous as you can see in pictures below. David (unicorn hair) Tim, Anna, Flo, Dylan, Jaxon, Michael - thanks for your lovely smiles and welcoming personalities. And David (non unicorn hair) even went out his way to deliver a letter for my nana as we were struggling to find a post box and also made sure she had an extra pillow so she was comfortable. Thanks again guys - we'll be back

Very good staff, very helpful. Starters for dinner, was one soup if you don’t like the soup on offer, then no starter. Food was well cooked, very nice I had a gammon steak, with chips the veg was sweetcorn and broccoli, which I dislike so no veg, I’ve stayed a many hotels in around the country and it’s the first time I’ve had to chose from 2 veg. The room was very clean, good sized tv, the room was cleaned everyday. The entertainment was a singers every night, so no variety. My biggest bugbear was people saving seat at 5.30-6.00 then going for the dinner, one person put two cokes and a coat on the chair, then came down at 7.30 for the bingo at 8.00. I asked the staff are people allowed to save seats? I was told we know it goes on, that was their answer. The concert room is very crowded, so get in early as possible otherwise don’t bother. The pool table was the most expensive I’ve encountered at £2 per game, I’ve stayed in hotels where it has cost 50p to £1 per game. The biggest advantage with this hotel is it’s so central.
