Las instalaciones de las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación, si se ve un poco descuidado, aunque se notaba recién pintada la habitación, los muebles, puertas si se ven viejas y descuidadas.
El desayuno muy bueno como todo Embassy Suite, el area del lobby si se ve remodelado.

Everything was either outdated, dirty, rusted, cracked or simply not working. I booked the king suite, but the room was nothing like the photo. Our sink had a crack in it, the walls had a few holes, everything from the shower to the toilet had rust and the room had a weird smell. Save you $700 for 3 nights and go elsewhere.

Carpet everywhere was dirty and had stains in it. Alot of Drywall needs to be patched up by elevators on several floors, 2nd floor is bad. Elevator flooring needs replaced. Happy hour snacks are a joke, fish crackers, LOL!!! Bowls were always empty. Omlette chef was rude and grumpy, both days, he acts like he hates his job. Pool is outdated. The smell of pot coming from several rooms were gross.

This Embassy Suites was the worst I've stayed in, by far. Major renovations needed. Toilet backed up, hair in shower, 7hrs waiting for towels after request, evening snack was tomato paste and chips, wet mildew smell in room covered over by deodorizer. Totally not worth the above average cost per night for room. Will not be staying again. Front desk, Princess, was nice though.
