Lord hotel near to cs-mt but room size small, bathroom so small flush is not working properly. After all staff is supportive

Location advantage. Cleaning. Lift. Luggage facility very good. Check in time 2:30 pm very problematic. Welcome at reception and room service could be better. Not value for money. Although pleasant stay.

I regret to inform you that my recent stay at hotel lords mumbai was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning system was dysfunctional throughout my entire visit, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Additionally, the cleanliness of the toilet was subpar, with visible dirt and grime present. Overall, my experience was far below expectations, and i cannot recommend this hotel to others.
