There are stairs that can be used by the general public in place of the elevator. There were only two elevators during my stay and one of them was broken. The hotel was overcrowded so there was a queue for the elevator. The front desk staff asked me to access the stairwell through the administrative area, which is poor building design. In addition, there are almost no parking spaces inside. The underground parking lot is very small and tends to be full, so I had to park in a nearby parking lot.

I miss the hot tub. This is something that customers appreciate. It is good to see that updates are happening, but disappointing to see that the new layout has a shower instead of a bathtub.

This was a great stay!. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Location was, for us, ideal. A windy walk across the bridge to TD Garden and some of the historic sites, but the hotel was away from all the loud hoopla, so we loved it.

Hotel is tired and needs work. Our door did not close properly and workers were going up and down the elevator. We waited several times. Food was good and staff helpful. Place needs work.

Hotel rooms are very nice. Unfortunately visit we have made the pool has been closed. With small kids this is very hard. Once the pool is open will be a top notch facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast!

They are renovating the hotel which is making it very nice. I got an unexpected upgrade which was really nice. The pool is very convenient and clean for kids to enjoy.

Hot tub was sadly closed permanently. The website indicated not and was one of the leading reasons I chose to stay there. Other than that, staff was very friendly and it was a cozy stay.

The room we were in smelled like stale cigarettes and it was not very nice for the price we paid. Also I think it’s bad to charge $50 for parking
