A pure scandal. After booking this establishment on the campanile website, I received validation of my reservation the same day. However, the next morning, I had a cancellation of my reservation, the hotel being apparently full. The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions (general conditions of sale), but the hotelier has no constraints. I had to look for another establishment. This is the first time this has happened to me and I didn't think it was possible. Avoid booking on the campanile website, prefer a reservation platform.

The rooms are very quiet, the staff pleasant and the Director Bernadette, with rare professionalism, is extremely efficient: customer satisfaction is her main objective. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The only downside is that the rooms are a little small.

We were well received, however the evening meal seemed quite simplistic, we did not take it.
For the room, the noise of the air conditioning was disturbing for people with light sleepers, we noted this.
The toilet flush did not work well: you had to press several times and it seemed that the water was not coming. Nothing to complain about the breakfast.
