The Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse close to the Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain-Des-pres, in a typically lively Parisian area and not far from the Montparnasse railway station. With the metro station as well as the subway RER on the doorstep, the Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse is a good base for visiting Paris. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, tub and shower, mini-bar, in-room safe, cable television, Internet access, hairdryer and are soundproofed.

"For the location it was very good value. We stayed one night. My double room was small but adequate for one person, comfortable and surprisingly quiet with very little street noise. Nice size shower, but I couldn't control the water temperature so had a luke warm shower. My friends had a family room to share with their 11yo and it was a generous sized room with a larger double bed and a lovely bed for junior, they also had a bath instead of a shower which is often useful when children are involved. The lift (elevator for you Americans) is a bit small & quirky and struggled to take two of us with luggage whilst two took the stairs but it worked. Paid street parking was available for us only 2min walk away, not cheap but acceptable considering location. Free between 8pm and 8am and I believe free Sunday/Bank holidays. I didn't realise Saturday was a bank holiday so thought I was paying through to 9.20am Saturday (from around 6pm Friday) but actually accidently paid through to 9.20am Monday, this cost €30 (£26/$35 as at Nov-25). I noticed an underground carpark only 7-8 minute walk away, but probably similar cost. Metro station 5-6 mins walk, several entrances but need to find main entrance to buy tickets. 25min ride to the Eiffel Tower. Didn't have breakfast at hotel so can't comment, went for a walk to get breakfast as I would normally recommend in Paris. Overall, I would stay here again at the same or similar cost. (On this occasion we paid; small double £68 + family room (for 2 adults + 11yo) £80 + city taxes £7.50 per adult paid at hotel)"
