We were very comfortable and we were very comfortable and we were very comfortable and we were very comfortable and we were also taxiing, we were in a number of places and we had no problem. We picked up the heat record in Argentina in March o/23, thanks to God the air conditioning was working perfectly, the shower is great, breakfast is OK, the wifi is not very good. If you're going to take a trip, stay out the whole day and don't want to stay in the hotel long, just use for rest, I recommend.

I was first hosted in a hostel during my first trip alone, so I went back - but I trusted the booking and tripadvisor reviews. I was glad I trusted. I was a very fun and comfortable stay. In the room, each bed has its own bedroom, lighting and chair (other larger box, for larger bags/mocks), air conditioning and bathroom. In the common areas there is a kitchen and a bar and a ”lounge” indoor and other outside - the kitchen is well equipped for daily uses, has a cupboard, ice cream, drinker, cups, cups, etc., which all guests can use. The bar is a great place to stay at night, talking and knowing the staff.Every night has a different scheduled activity for the staff interact, and the good thing is that it remains open until morning (although stop selling drinks and food there for half night). The lounges are good to stay too. The cleaning of the place is show, almost every day via staff cleaning, repairing items, screwing etc. The reception staff, especially Alex, are quite performing and sympathetic - he did even cure in a friend who had been injured. In conclusion, go without fear! I recommend without restrictions

Organized team, excellent service and sympathy of all. Clean, organized rooms, everything done with great care and incontestable quality. Our daily ended at 12:00, however, the hotel has a scheme to leave its bag (with all safety and identification cards), we managed to stay rolling in the region (and has many tourist points) The hotel was very good at the airport, and it was very good at the airport.

So, the location was too good, that's right. The price also fine, but the rest - mmm, not really. Our room was too old, when air ventilation was working it was so noisy that we could hardly sleep, even had feeling that it will burst now and kill my friend who was sleeping under it :) The breakfast - horrible, almost nothing. And have to mention that our friends room was fine, so you should demand good room and ask to change if you get those ones on the oldest floor. Check in check out procedures were fine and overall normal, but more bad then good.

The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and it takes less than ten minutes to walk. From the hotel, walk to May Square, July 9th Avenue, the obelisk, and the Port Madeira area are very close. If you want to shop, you can go to the pedestrian street where the nearby Pacific Arcade is located. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. At first glance, you are a foreigner and take the initiative to help you call a taxi to avoid poor communication with the taxi driver, and avoid being slaughtered by the taxi driver. Not all rooms have electric kettles. Compatriots who want to drink hot water can bring a thermos cup to the bar to ask for hot water.

The hotel is actually nice but management of the place needs urgent improvement as it is causing lots of inconveniences for visitors which are annoying ! 1. In check in rooms get mixed up by numbers and you are getting WhatsApp messages which don’t belong to you. 2. Laundry gets mixed up and delayed. If you need you laundry, don’t count on them. 3. Electronic key stops working without warning and you are stuck in front of your door. 4. Internet stops working interrupting your business related work. Additionally see point 3 No entrance working anymore. 5. Breakfast opposite the hotel and it’s charged at 15.- $US…. Book without breakfast and pay at the place yourself for less than 5.-$ 6. Stayed 3 weeks and my business stay was Cut short but 3 days, but they charged the full price, which was unreasonable. 7. Cleaning only one time per week ! Had to ask for twice a week, didn’t seem to be welcome ! 8. Stay at an upper floor….. don’t be in a hurry if you have an appointment…. Elevators working slowly or sometimes only 2 out of 4

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

The hotel was chosen by G Adventures, the tour group I was travelling with. While centrally located - about 100 metres from Florida Street - the hotel is situated across the road from a sex shop and is in a narrow street full of refuse bins that do not get emptied on a regular basis. The entrance into the hotel is cool and appears quite nice but it is a facade. Rooms in this hotel are not sound proof - they do not have windows and have the minimum - just a bed and fridge. There are no chairs, no hairdryer and no safe not even a picture on the walls for decor. Trying to sleep with all the noise was impossible = just a horrible place to stay. Breakfast consisted of stale breads and pastries. No cooked food and no variety with fruit. The only one plus about the hotel were the receptionist ladies who were courteous, efficient and kind. If you don't care about room aesthetics and room basics and are happy to sleep through noise then the hotel may suit you. It was just a horrible experience for me.

Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

It is not a hotel, it is practically a hostel, the room I touched had no air conditioning, only a roof fan and a key that acted something like a extractor, a muuuuy hot room, The bathroom has no bathroom so after bathroom**** if or if you have to pass a dryer and take the water to the dishwasher, the bathroom had a constant water loss so the floor was wet all the time. The hotel is located in the city centre and is located in the city centre. Location good, just a few squares of the obelisk but located next to a ”metall bar”.
