Generally the hotel was good in most areas, to summarise: Food/restaurant: as expected, standard all inclusive type buffet, a little like a noise school canteen, but no different than any other hotel. A good variety at all means, not overly hot though, which was a shame. Entertainmt: kids good, plenty to do, kids club open a couple hours a day. Evening- bingo every night, didn’t play as they never said what prizes were. Visiting acts were mixed quality! Kids disco standard. Room: Very clean, spacious, comfy bed, good view. Only let down was sheets were not changed, even when I had cut my leg so bled on them. Towels changed twice. Swimming: Pools clean and tidy. No pool games as far as we saw which is unusual. Reception: Helpful some times, depended who was working. Happy to book taxis for you. Check in was quite efficient. Location: Really good, lovely little tiny beach 2 mins walk. Other beaches walkable. Shops and restaurants about 5-10 mins walk. Water park 10 mins walk. Ciutadella, taxi ride away for about 8 euros. Nice day out, historic and some lovely shopping. All in all a good holiday through Jet2. The Jet2 rep was a let down, but not hotels fault. A good few hours out is the horse racing which is a 5 minute walk happens once a week

The hotel is clean, the staff are working throughout the day keeping it tidy, for example bar staff walk around collecting the cups to keep pool area tidy and the restaurant staff clear away tables quickly. The grounds are spotless, with well maintained grass and flowers to keep it looking appealing. They wash the slabs daily so again always clean and tidy. The rooms are basic but as shown on the advertised photos, the pull out bed in living room was an issue for us as it clearly needs updating as it creaked every turn. Yes the maid service is less frequent (I believe its because they advertise as being more sustainable tourism friendly) than we are used to, but when I went to reception to ask for new bedding it was delivered quickly. They do help fast if requested. So if you have any issues then go to reception for a solution. The food and drinks were as expected for a 3 star hotel. As a family we couldn't fault the breakfast as always loads to eat. However, for evening meals we often went out as for myself the food was too bland. But, there is plenty of food and choice, just lacked some taste for myself. The pools were brilliant for young children and again always clean with lifeguards. I would say the hotel is mostly suited to families with young children.

Just home from 10 days away here. For a family holiday there is so much to do for the little ones! The hotel is so so clean, staff do not stop and are all so friendly. Entertainers- especially Camilla and Will, were fantastic with my family. They remembered Jodie, Tommy and Archie and couldn’t have been more helpful with the activities and made such a fuss for them! Locally all bars have some form of entertainment for children too. The food at the hotel was brilliant, always so fresh, hot and lots of variety for kids and adults. The main chef behind the grill section was always so friendly with us all too! Just a review to say thank you really. This holiday was certainly the busiest we have had as a family, aqua park was actually the more chilled area and fantastic to visit!! Id say slightly limited activities for the older kids, above 10yrs old. But the pools were fantastic for him! Thank you to all your staff!!

A 2 week stay on an all inclusive deal. Nice clean and well presented complex. Flowers and shrubs enhanced the look. Food was very good, lots of choice particularly if you are not a fussy eater. The food was well cooked and very tasty Compliments to the catering staff. The dining staff were helpful, very friendly and kept on top of clearing and cleaning tables. Our apartment was to the back of the complex with a sea view. The appartment was spacious and nicely presented. The only drawback was it wasn't very soundproof which was annoying with some of the other occupants being really noisy but thankfully they were only there for part of our stay. It is very child friendly so not ideal if you don't like a lot of children around. Luckily for us (we do like children but not too many) we were at the back of the complex and not near the children's activities areas and dedicated pools. It has a good bus stop nearby which takes you in to Cieutadella from here you can catch connecting buses to take you over the island. The area is good for those of you who enjoy walking. All in all to all the staff at Globales Binimar thank you for a lovely stay.

This is our second year in a row here and again we had a brilliant time. Following on from the recent reviews, I really don't know what people expect from a 3 star over and above what is provided already. There is always a good selection of food at all 3 meal times, if you can't find something you like from the selection then you are either a fussy eater or are expecting Michelin star food. I don't think the drinks are watered down, they are just non-branded. The staff are great and are very polite and attentive. The grounds and rooms are kept clean and tidy. The pools are well kept and the children's pool is just the right depth for little ones. The animation staff are brilliant and put a lot of effort into the activities and the entertainment, particularly the childrens disco which our children loved. Don't be put off by the negative reviews, we were sceptical about booking here for our 2023 holiday based on the reviews but we booked it anyway and so glad we did. We've never been to the same place twice as we like to try different places, so to have come again 2nd year running shows how much we enjoyed it. In 2023 we travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children, aged 1 and 3 at the time). The 4 of us travelled this year with my parents and brother. We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Binimar, we stayed 10th-20th May when the season had opened and our party consisted of 3 adults (25-60) and 3 children (18mo, 7yo, 12yo). We booked with jet2 and went All inclusive with 2 apartments. We paid extra for ground floor apartments with jet2 but were given ground floor with 4 huge steps so just be wary if you are needing ground floor that some have steps still. We did complain but nothing could be done. Food: The food was good in our opinion, some days there wasn’t much choice in terms of meats but other than that there was a good selection and the kids ate bits off everything. If you have visited Spain before you will know the cuisine. The only downside was that food CANNOT be taken out of the restaurant area so if you wanted the snacks at snack time you need to get changed out of beach wear and go into the restaurant. There is a takeaway menu that is available but you have to pay for it which defeats the purpose of All Inclusive. Also there is NO plastic pots of ice cream available, is it just available at lunch and evening meal in a bowl and can’t be taken out. If you want lollies or ice cream then go to the mini market onsite as they are cheaper than the bar. Drinks: This was a major downside for us personally but we know that other families may prefer this. Soft drinks on draft; Pepsi/Pepsi Max/7Up/Kas Lemon & Orange, watered down juice and water available but no fresh juices. San Miguel on draft which was the upside. Cocktails are weak and watered down on the AI, you can pay €6.10 for the proper cocktails but again defeats the purpose of AI. Slushies and chocolate milk are NOT included on the AI for kids and they cost an extra €2.20. Pools: There are 3 pools here with the complex being so large. 2 are family pools with inflatables being used and the other is the splash park. The water was freezing but I think this was down to the time we went, I would suggest full body swimwear for babies and younger kids as my toddler couldn’t stand it for longer than 30 mins. Sunbeds are unlocked at 9am so no fighting and there are plenty to go around, only downside is that there are no parasols just fixed tree type parasols. So if you don’t get round one you won’t get shade for the day. Pool area was clean with staff regularly cleaning the cups away. Apartments: Apart from the stairs issue the apartments were clean and basic. We also had an issue with the key card stopping working a few times so just make sure you don’t shut the door with kids inside! A trip to reception got it back working again. The maids came in twice whilst we were away, towels changed and they swept and mopped but bedding was not changed in the 10 days we were there which was unfortunate. Is it a very clean complex and the staff work tirelessly to keep it upto standard which we were impressed with. Entertainment: During our stay there was NO poolside entertainment, or music. Beware of All inclusive drinks package definitely drinks watered down never drunk 1 night both nights drinking out with hotel managed to get merry food not of a great standard only upside was room cleanliness and bar staff 1sr class both myself and my wife don't keep well asked for downstairs room to be told fully booked yet a young family behind us in reception got a swap won't be going back

I am currently here sat in the hotel play area with my kids. (The play area is used as a drinking area for adults toward the end of the day so just wading through empty beer cups in the sand). The hotel can only be described as an experience. 90% of people here must have come using their dole money. The food is atrocious unless you are willing to pay for the take away pizza and chips. There are 1 or more staff who are nice but the majority are miserable and rude. Possibly because they hate the english here. I have just watched an argument with a man and his wife over a free drink. They have 4 kids but not sure where they are stopping with 1x small sofa bed and a bed. Unless you have neck tattoos of your kids names and live on £8 a week to feed your family of 12 I could not recommend this place. Unless of course you want to see how some people actually live to feel better about your life. My wife booked this absolute gem for us.
