Bluesea Don Jaime

Got told by a member of staff in the restaurant to cover myself up as i wasn't wearing appropriate clothing even though there were skinnier girls than me in there at the same time wearing see through clothes and bikini tops. Do not appreciate staff members body shaming and making me feel uncomfortable during dinner.

Very well presented and clean, inside and out. Food good quality and plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Pool is relatively small but adequate. Night time activities for adults eg bingo, pop quizzes.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights in May. On arrival we were met by friendly reception staff, who unfortunately had to break the news to us that there was some issues with the apartment we had booked and it wouldn't be ready until the following day so we had to have a double room for 1 of the nights, but as promised the next day we got moved over to the apartment block and had been upgraded free of charge to a superior apartment which was really nice and roomy, also the terrace was HUGE. We really appreciated the upgrade and it made our holiday even more enjoyable also they gave us an all inclusive wristband to use for the remainder of our stay as a good will gesture which I thought was a very nice touch. The apartment was clean my only negative would be maybe the bathrooms could do with a little upgrade to match the style of the rest of the apartments as they were a little outdated. But overall we enjoyed our stay, we only had 1 breakfast and 1 lunch meal while we was there so can't really comment on the food, what we had was nice but like I said was only 2 meals, drinks prices were cheap at the hotel as before we got the upgrade we bought a few on out 1st night after going exploring the local bars. This hotel is in a very good location a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. All hotel staff were very polite. Thanks for a good stay!

Hotel is very clean, the staff are lovely and friendly, the beds so comfy and throoms are spacious, the bathroom was ok apart from no plugs for bath or sink, the food is ok (could be warmer), the bacon looked very iffy on a breakfast but a fair choice, it's a very quiet hotel with not much on throughout the day. It's not a hotel I would take children as no kids club etc. It's a short walk to the seafront, but no bars or restaurant outside hotel you need to go on seafront. We were all inclusive the drinks were the usual, the snacks were sandwiches and breakfast pastries. No hot snacks at this bluesea hotel. Evening bingo and Quiz or Music was only 5 nights, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Wednesday and Sunday was a live singer. The pool was small and not enough beds for the people in the hotel, but the beds were not the hard plastic ones they were the material ones. The seafront is pedestrian with a bike path (which is like the M25 with bikes and those family bikes) there are plenty of restaurants and cafes, nice shopping street behind seafront Street. It's nice and flat if you fancy a stroll. Overall if you want a quiet holiday then this is it

Lovely hotel although there are quite a few niggly things that could so easily be put right. ie:- a coat of paint on the inside of the balcony, new hose on shower, repair the toilet seat and toilet roll holder, plug for the bath (apparently on order), a few more sun beds, regular proper cleaning of rooms (bit hit and miss). Staff were absolutely lovely, food a bit repetitive but overall good. Bonuses are, close to the beach and the shops.

Very good food , all inclusive highly recommended , good variation of drinks near pool bar , large apartment , towels change every day , staf always friendly , we got unexpected welcome pack which is bottle of champagne and fruit ,I highly recommend.

The hotel is lovely and clean. All the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful especially as I was in a mobility scooter and they had to come and operate the lift outside. The food was fine. Everybody moans but there was always something I could eat. There was a different soup twice a day, paella, risotto, chicken, pasta, pork chops, even duck in orange sauce, lots of salads, mash, roast potatoes, chips so surely all the people who moan want Michelin food. Only two points, 1. There are signs up saying no reserving sunbeds but everyone ignores them. 2 had towels on from 9 and no one showed up till gone 12 every day. 2. The music round the pool is so loud and is not everyone's taste. Just turn it down so you can hear yourself think. Other than that, I had a lovely time and Calla Millor is beautiful. I would definitely go again

Nice clean, friendly and comfortable hotel. Hotel is 2 mins walk to the beach, in a residential area. We stayed in a 1 bed appts which are across the road from the main hotel. (Not an issue). The appt was large, bed very comfortable. Food is fine, its a 3 star, so if you don't expect the ritz you won't be disappointed! We stayed A/I the drinks tasted fine but not especially strong. A/I stops at 11pm the bar stays open till 12pm. Entertain was fine, well, we were kept entertained so Pablo did a great job (a character that's for sure and a great chap) All the staff were super friendly Solle and George behind the bar were great. Only negative i found was the hotel needs more sunbeds, there is room if some tables and chairs were swapped for beds! we were a party of 7, so felt pressured every morning to bag a bed! Overall the hotel is lovely and we had a great stay. Thanks Don Jaime

The hotel is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and there’s entertainment on every night The food is to be as expected but a wide variety and suitable for everyone. Pablo the entertainment coordinator is fabulous he goes above and beyond what is expected of him and added bonus he’s hilarious! Its a 2/3 minute walk to the beach My partner and I were very impressed and we will be back!
