I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room.
I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne. We had a great experience over all.

Great infrastructure, perfect facilities: swimming pool, restaurants, rooms, gym. Everything very clean and organized.
The restaurants were great. Drinks at the all-inclusive were very good. Next year I'll be back for sure.

Hotel has an excellent structure but shows visible signs of wear and tear and needs more maintenance. The air conditioning in the apar**ent I stayed in had to have the condenser replaced because it simply didn't freeze. The first call was made for a gas charge, which did not help. Few employees for the service, generating queues from taking the bags to the room, booking a la carte restaurant to being served in the restaurants. Employees working dissatisfied and with a frown, very unpleasant. Collection of used utensils in the pool and restaurant areas is also very time consuming. I had a recent experience at the Grand Palladium and the difference in the number of employees and their friendliness is immense.
The meat served at the restaurant and barbecue by the pool is very greasy, terrible for a 5-star standard. Always repeated snacks and snacks. To conclude, the experience at the a la carte restaurant was terrible (Massa Fina), service was slow and not at all courteous, in addition to only allowing me to reserve 1 date, and in the voucher issued by Hotéis.com I was informed that I would be entitled to two reservations (I purchased two apar**ents with 4 nights). Os quartos eram bons, ar condicionado ficava ligado mesmo sem a chave, um diferencial. Comida muito boa, a bebida deixou a desejar, os refrigerantes eram servidos em garrafas de 2 litros e com poucas opções.
O bar da piscina era muito cheio e poucos atendentes. As comida do bar da piscina ficava exposta e os mosquitos pousavam ali. Não havia sal em saches, nas mesas. A piscina fechava as 18:00 para manutenção. A praia era muito forte para banho. O local é muito bonito mas tem eles pecam em alguns detalhes cruciais.
