We stayed one night for our anniversary, with an all inclusive formula, unfortunately the bracelet chip was not coded, consequently the room did not open, unless accompanied by the staff. Bad experience. They weren't able to fix the problem for the whole day and we ended the evening in our room to avoid being taken back late at night.
In the pool areas, on the other hand, very few sunbeds compared to the guests of the structure. Evening show in the theater to say the least unthinkable. For what it costs, the service is zero!

Excellent structure with spacious deluxe room well furnished with a beautiful bathroom. From the restaurant to the bars nothing to say only compliments. Excellent service with staff always available, the manager of the exceptional room. Animations made by beautiful girls always available. Amazing place to enjoy your holiday. The best hotel with a great view, nice and always clean rooms, very tasty food with a big selection of different cuisine. Many thanks to the people who works there - they are very friendly and always helpful, specially Khalil who was always making sure we have everything we needed and Roberto S. Each pool has its own bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks and different cocktails made by professionals such an Antonio and Fabrizio! During the day there are many activities for kids and adults so you will not be bored (thanks for a Latin dancing lessons to Zidane ) That was our second time in Grand Palladium Sicilia and for sure not the last one.

Great stay at the grand palladium - very much recommend for any couples looking to book in the future . We booked several evening meals in the Portofino restaurant and were served by Khalil each time - he was a fantastic host and made our experience even more special, we will definitely be returning in the future.

We loved this hotel. We went for dinner at Portofino restaurant in the evening and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Special mention to Khalil who served us each time - he made us smile and was very helpful with my gluten allergy! No complaints - would highly recommend booking this on the app during your holiday.

A beautiful hotel and perfect for a relaxing holiday around the pool or at the beach, but if you like to go for a wander to check out the area it’s no good as you require transport to go anywhere, so we were a little bored and glad we only booked for a few nights although it was nice to ‘relax’ and escape the miserable UK weather! Food is fantastic with a great variety even for fussy eaters. The desserts choices are amazing! Breakfast has a great variety too. The pool areas are very clean and they allow inflatables which they children love. The staff are very attentive and always greet you with a hello. The rooms are a good size and very clean, and serviced daily. Evening entertainment doesn’t start until 10pm so it’s very late for families to really enjoy. The beach has a lot of stones so beach shoes are recommended. The hotel has a little shop which sells mainly souvenirs and beachwear, but lacks in snacks as it’s only got very minimum by way of variety of crisps and nibbles etc as the pools bars only have lollies as ‘snacks’ during the day and with kids which like to graze all day it’s not ideal as the extra sports bar doesn’t do takeaway food for the pool between mealtimes. Overall it’s a lovely hotel, great staff, beautifully clean, just a bit of a remote location!!

Sit back and relax , its going to be a long review :) I've had the best time of my life . Hotel is incredible, has absolutely everything what you need, 3 different pools, few different restaurants serving all the food you can imagine. I'd like to mention Portofino and fantastic service of professional and super friendly Khalil and Luigi . Entertaining side of hotel didn't dissapoint either. Positive attitude of Sharon convinced me to attend stretching every morning. Midday aquagym and afternoon Caribbean dance with an absolute star Zidane was highly addictive ! Every evening live show plus party disco with the best dancer ever - Isaia , always positive and smiley. I've drank countless coffees and cocktails prepared by Fabrizio and Giuseppe always served with friendly chat. Hotel also offers day trips ( we went to Cefalù and Palermo ) nicely organised and super affordable. Hard to decide if I was more in love with the hotel or with the people ,this place is truly amazing. Cannot wait to come back !
