It was terrible the window was broken. The room was not clean there was an empty of alcohol. When we called we were answered terribly, poor communication.

firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. I was so confused but assisted me because there was a room that was free in that site. very thing is perfect very apar**ent is very nit and clean.

This is a room in a shared house with dodge people. Shame on hotels. Com for allowing this kind of place to be on their site! Women WILL NOT FEEL SAFE HERE! & the address is incorrect & will take you to a sketchy neighborhood, even though this neighborhood is also sketchy! DO NOT BOOK

The wifi did not work, we couldn't watch TV, the place had no soap or even enough towels or a toilet brush. There was no clothing iron and the curtains was hanging untidy. The shower cap was broken and the water was cold.
