The resort is very beautiful. Also, the stuff was very helpful and kindness. The food is good especially the breakfast at west restaurant and the dinner at the Chinese restaurant. Generally speaking, the a**osphere of the hotel is very good and quiet.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Grounds are lovely to walk through, but please sort out the one patch of water that’s got trash stuck in it. Room is comfortable, has both shower and bath. However couldn’t find a light for the balcony, so had to move a lamp in the evening to take a bath. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty to choose from. Dinner service let the stay down a little. Staff seemed confused on what table was what so struggled to deliver food. Only one menu for the entire restaurant which is on an iPad so if one waitress is using, you either have to wait or let the waitress give you suggestions. Food ordered came wrong, we asked for one flavour, given another. Vegetables slightly over cooked. However was lovely sitting outside on the balcony of the restaurant overlooking the lake plus there was a live singer for part of the night

很意外的到了這個酒店，就像它的名字世外桃源一般，環境真的很好，服務很好，有温泉泡 ，雖然設施稍顯舊，但少了甲醛，然後周邊的鄉村環境真的很好，空氣很好，散步很好

所謂家庭套房，不過是在行政套房的客廳安了一張小床；卧室的衞生間、浴室、洗漱是開放式的，淋浴頭也是固定的，不適合帶娃；五星級酒店的早餐連咖啡機都沒有，早餐品種也很少，饅頭是硬的，小蛋糕裏還有冰……總之軟硬件都不行，很不舒服的假期體驗

1. 因為有婚禮，前台衹有一人辦理，人多排隊效率低
2. 前台説中午西餐廳可以用餐，到了西餐廳説因為婚禮所有廚師都去忙了，兩邊不統一，白跑
3. 早餐目睹工作人員把客人沒有吃完的水果放回取餐區，不衞生差評
4.客房服務叫的2個東西東西沒有一次性送齊，分兩趟
5.温泉更衣室很臭，燻人
6.行李託管沒有登記，不專業也不安全

好十多年前和孩子們一起去竹海玩，就住在這裏，當時感覺這裏太舒服了，從環境來説，好像峨眉山的紅珠山莊和她可以比較（當然她的名氣小的多）。再次來這裏，看見仍然還在，當即辦理入住。這裏的餐廳菜式豐富，關鍵是價格合理，都有點不相信是五星級酒店的價位，味道和份量都沒有掉價。工作人員服務態度認真親切，耐心細緻，真的是度假休閑放空的好地方，上幾張酒店周邊的風景，巴適吧！

衞生：很細緻，雖然環境有些年代感了但是內部衞生還是做的很不錯的，布草也很舒適。
服務：很細緻入微，雖然是小長假出行，也在房態允許的情況下儘量協調了景觀很好的房間。
設施：有老樓和和新樓，標有豪華**的房型就是新裝修過的。但是感覺老裝潢的房間也很不錯，房間很大，陽台景觀也很好。

前台客房服務很好，大環境不錯，老酒店又在景區也不會有太高期望，但是早餐真的讓人無法忍受，酒店兩百多間房的早餐配備及節假日人力配備嚴重不足，完全沒有一個五星級酒店該有的運營能力，九點去餐廳，就啥都沒有了，連餐具都沒有，一堆人排隊等煮麪和煎蛋，節假日明知道人會多，不會提前多煎點點蛋？多炒點菜？多放點餐具嗎？一家人就啃了幾個玉米，住了兩晚，第二天早上果斷外面找吃的！這種運營水平和硬件頂多四星不得了了！

本次訂的是豪華大床房，房間很滿意，客房服務很不錯，酒店整體配套不錯，中西餐廳味道都可以，也有個室外温泉，適合帶長者小孩子出遊以及年輕人。就我個人而言，相比民宿這個酒店更有擔當和作為，是通過一個事：5號凌晨我家小朋友睡的突然起來了，流鼻血，通過常規處理血止不住一直流，我馬上求助酒店前台，前台馬上來人，下樓後酒店的陳為華經理怕醫院救護車搞不贏，就用他的私車一路護送並且陪同在醫院就診，治療後又護送我們回酒店，全程讓我們住客感到很暖心。畢竟出來玩，誰能保證不遇到個事，這點酒店的團隊配合必須給個👍
