The hotel's location is great. I've stayed here every time I've visited Changsha. The subway entrance and walking street are right outside, and it's close to plenty of food and drink options. Since it's on a higher floor, it's not noisy at night. However, this time I saw someone smoking in the lobby, and I'm not sure what the situation was.

The hotel is very clean, tidy, comfortable and warm, very close to the subway, the front desk service attitude of the hotel is very satisfied, I highly recommend everyone to stay

因為是家庭出遊，對衞生各方面要求都會比較高，又要有酒店自帶停車場，所以我對比了兩晚酒店，最後才選定漢庭。入住的是雙床房，感覺性價比很高，25年開業的，環境非常好，重點是淋浴間也非常乾淨。昨晚入住的時候有點小插曲，但是前台人員很快就幫我解決了。每次下去一樓，她們都會很耐心的詢問我們需要什麼幫助，已經很久沒感受到這麼暖心的服務了。必須給好評，有機會再來長沙的話，我還來你們家哦。。

Had an amazing stay at Hanting 3.5! The 30-second self-check-in was super convenient, the room was spotless, and the bedding was really comfortable. The robot delivery service was a thoughtful touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!

Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐ The toilet flushes loudly, and the sink is outside, disturbing the rest of the roommates. The robot service was excellent. Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's damp and takes a while to dry.
