第一天看了環境就不想住了，問老闆，退掉扣多少錢，老闆説扣全部費用的一半…我定了四天，663，扣一半就是300多，無奈房源緊張，硬着頭皮住了～估計平時一天也就30-50元的房費，五一漲價這麼厲害，關鍵是房間特別小，連行李箱都沒得地方放～結果我看到官方消息是第一天就退，衹需要扣139元🙀😿旅館就是一個很老的民宅改成的，可能是三室一廳改的，不隔音，衞生間一丁點兒小，沖水是壞的，需要用水桶接水沖廁所，老式的蹲廁，沒有衣櫃，窗外經常聽到有人講話，房間外面就是通道，總有隔壁人走來走去的，完全不隔音～用的毛巾就像是搞衞生的抹布，牙具等用品都是次品，我根本就不敢用，洗澡就在衞生間，出來下兩級台階，特別滑，我的小夥伴洗完澡從衞生間的台階上滑下來倒在地上了，嚇死我了，跟老闆反應太滑了，老闆説別人都沒有滑，就你們滑倒了，不知道這是什麼邏輯，我衹是反應事實，並沒有追究責任！頓時我感覺生命安全都受到了威脅！如果摔壞了怎麼辦？於是第二天晚上我決定必須退房搬走，提前退房仍然是要扣錢，開始説退給我280，後來跟平台協商多次，答應退200，到賬衹有150，旅館老闆説給好評了再退另外的50，我決定不要那50塊了，我並沒有在乎這個扣錢，老闆的態度讓我非常不舒服，找我的小夥伴讓我給好評，給我施壓…樓下有很多這樣的旅館，門上都寫着“**”這樣的廣告…

老闆人挺好的，自己到的時候太晚了，房間可能就滿了，老闆就讓我免費升級了，衞生也很好，很棒的體驗

衞生太差，環境太差，老闆太坑人了，在網上沒有標註空調收費，到了説要開空調收費
網上定一百多，實際最多也就值30到50元一夜，請大家不要上當

房間挺不錯的，裏面基本上的東西都有。離中南大學新校區非常近。屋裡雖然小，但是有一個桌子，非常適合帶電腦出門需要一些辦公的人。樓下走兩步就能找到吃飯的地方，非常方便
