相當不好雖然便宜但是那個空調一點都不涼快還收費淋浴的水也很小 設施都很老舊

地方很偏僻，我晚上都不敢一個人出門，房東挺好的，不過衞生沒搞，床上都有牆飛，都是我自己搞乾淨的，桌子上也是我自己抹乾凈的，房東人好，但是衞生真的有待加強

阿姨人很好，環境其實也行，看評論有很多説臟亂差的，但實際上並不，衹是看上去房子老了點，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，空調也有，wifi也快，30來塊錢，長沙很難租到這樣的單人房，實屬不易，經濟實惠，點個好評！
