酒店位置很不錯，雖然李古城有兩公里多，但是下樓左手邊就可以坐景區電瓶車，想更環保的可以過馬路上江堤，11路步行過去。一路風景也是很好，江風一吹煩惱都沒了。 房間寬敞又乾淨，設施老闆是花了心思的，1.5+1.8的兩張大床，夠一家四口，妥妥的。智能馬桶，遙控窗簾，電視的頻道都特別多，如果特別喜歡看電視，不充值了也夠看了。 基本早餐晚餐想吃什麼，問老闆就可以了，推薦的地方絕對好吃不貴又地道。 有點遺憾，忘記房間拍照了，發一張早上起床長者站在落地窗邊的照片，感受一下窗外的景色吧！

衞生：23年營業，乾淨整潔，值得信賴 環境：民宿推薦理由落地窗，房間視野直望韓江，停車方便，不用收費，門口就是，離打卡景點區方便。 服務：經理很周到，細緻服務，而且入門酸梅汁水果超好吃😋，下次入住認定這家。 設施：温馨提示：建議房間增添張辦公枱

位置有點偏，但民宿比較新，設施也不錯，房間挺乾淨，房間的燈光設計很漂亮，衞生間龍頭不好用，而且台盆邊緣很小，水會濺到邊上，然後順着邊緣全部滴到地面上，導致地上全是水。還有淋浴房排水速度太慢。然後所謂的江景房，其實離江邊很遠。而且有一部分窗還被旁邊的房子擋住了。還有一點比較坑，我們訂的江景親子房其實有兩個房型，差別還挺大的，我們入住的不是主圖顯示的房型，據説當天已滿房，衹剩下這一間了。關於這點商家並沒有標明有兩種不同的房型，同樣出這個價錢，導致心理落差很大。我們住了兩晚，雖然民宿老闆説第二天可以給我們換一間房間，但是我們不想每天收拾行李箱，就沒有換。

特別好的酒店，房間寬敞舒適，601房間景觀很好，前台小姐姐親切服務好。打車去古城也很近，吹風機是仿戴森的，但是很好用，唯一缺點隔音有點差，有人到頂樓陽台去吵鬧不休，感覺天花板都要被震碎了

衞生：來潮汕幾天最乾淨的一家酒店了，如果你跟我一樣比較挑剔，對這裏應該會很滿意。乾濕分離，洗手枱、馬桶、淋浴間都是三個分割的小區域。每個部分都很乾凈。 環境：酒店就在韓江旁邊，不管是去吃飯，還是去牌坊街古城騎小電動都很方便，房間大落地窗，視野開闊，一眼看到韓江和木棉花。（基本上酒店照片就是實物實拍，所見即所得哈） 服務：非常好！老闆大哥很大氣，老闆妹妹很親和nice，會非常貼心分享他們本地人常去的各種類型飯館，價格好味道棒，雖然在點評上不是很高分，但相信當地人沒錯！另外，建議就在這裏租電動車（古城堵車，不好叫車也不方便開車），按天租，價格很合適，可能是外面其他店子的一半價錢，別問我怎麼知道，因為我們幾個人是酒店沒電動車了，然後去其他店子租車，發現很貴。

第三次入潮州，這次終於選到了好住處。民宿在古城邊，夜裡安靜；停車位在樓下，去古城打車不到十元。房間視線開闊，裝修明快大方，設施設備品質好，熱水大，空調柔和不擾人。以後來潮州有合適的住處了，已推薦給親友。 店家推薦的本地餐食都非常不錯。

老闆花了很大的心血在民宿上，無論房間設施、地理位置、和服務質量都是一流的。房間裏各種智能設備，民宿內還有電梯，地理位置雖然不在古城內，但旁邊有很大的停車場和公交集散地，去古城坐個電動擺渡車什麼的很方便！老闆還給我們推薦很多好吃的好玩的，房間內還有送我們的水果、茶葉，真心推薦！
