Pros: Good location, many restaurants downstairs. Newer rooms.
Cons: Poor sound insulation. You can hear people talking next door during the day and singing and washing upstairs at midnight, which affects your rest.
Safety hazard. The shower head fell down when I was taking a shower. Fortunately, I was not standing directly below it, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable. It is rare for a hotel shower head to fall down without warning.

I stayed here for about 6 nights during Golden Week.
The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious!
Restaurants and popular shopping streets are within walking distance, so I was able to stay comfortably even without a car.
