總的來説，雖然價格很實惠，隔音也不錯，但還是有一些問題，望改進。
1、我們租了兩天，第二天下午有陌生男子敲門預訂了房間，電話諮詢房東，也沒得到準確答覆，衹説會協商。所以獨居女性慎重。
2、窗户上和床旁邊的櫃枱上灰塵很多，廚房由於疫情原因不提供調料了，可以理解，但還是希望打掃一下。
