The staff at the hotel were very accommodating, from the checkin through to checkout.
I made use of the lounge to relax of evening and whilst in there the staff really took good care of me.
Should I be in Chengdu, this will be hotel of choice.
It is well located for the metro, which makes it easy to get just about anywhere in Chengdu.

Facilities: The hotel is too old, the bed is sunken and has no support, the facilities need to be updated; the toilet flushing and reset are problematic
Hygiene: The bathroom has a faint foot odor
Service: Good service, room upgrade, welcome gift is in place
Environment: In Century City, the surrounding facilities are very good

The hotel lobby is large, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are relatively new, and the concierge service is thoughtful. When I ordered takeout, they asked me if I needed it delivered to the room. The hotel manager, Xiao Wan, was very caring and provided warm service. Although I only stayed for one day, I was very satisfied.
