連續住了倆天，前台都幫忙升級了房間，服務也非常周到，有免費的停車場，很方便，還幫忙洗了衣服，很貼心的送到房間了，在大廳辦公也很舒服，有好聞的香氛，點個飲料，可以安心辦公，早餐也不錯，就在大廳隔壁，非常棒，以後來温江，推薦入住的漢庭酒店

前台服務很好，房間很乾凈，還免費幫忙升級了房間，早餐也很好吃喲。

設施：房間設施沒啥毛病，但機器人壞的，點了外賣讓騎手用機器人送，結果到了樓梯口就不動了，跟酒店工作人員硬掰才把門掰開拿出外賣😭另外建議房間增加加濕器，冬天開暖氣太乾燥了。
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，阿姨清理很勤快
環境：大堂在15樓，4台電梯衹有兩台可以到，要注意看清楚可到達的樓層再進電梯。
服務：搞衞生的阿姨很熱情、勤快

多次入住這家酒店 每次到15樓前台辦理入佳，都能聽到前台的熱情招呼聲，很棒，給前台小姐姐點贊，房間也很亮敞，有個很大的窗户，乾淨，衞生，早餐也很好次 種類很多。還有大學城那個柳浪灣的夜市很多小吃，值得推薦，柳浪灣夜市
